About the Journal

Jurnal Biodjati (e-ISSN: 2541-4208, p-ISSN: 2548-1606) is a reputable scientific journal managed by the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Since its establishment in 2016, this journal has served as a platform for publishing original research across various biological fields, including both fundamental and applied aspects, encompassing molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, biotechnology, ecology, environmental sciences, and ethnobiology.

With a rigorous and standardized peer-review process, Biodjati Journal ensures that every published article meets high scientific standards and contributes significantly to advancing science. The journal is published twice a year, in May and November, providing researchers with ample opportunity to disseminate their findings to the scientific community. Jurnal Biodjati is accredited by SINTA 2 until 2029, as affirmed by the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development Number 295/C/C3/KPT/2026, which underscores its commitment to the quality of national scientific publications. Update of Journal Template

We want to inform authors that the Biodjati Journal template has been updated and will be implemented for Volume 11, 2026, and subsequent editions as part of our efforts to improve the quality and consistency of Biodjati Journal publications. In light of this, authors are expected to adjust their manuscripts to the latest template before submission or revision.
