Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kenyataan bahwa kitab-kitab terdahulu banyak terdapat keindahan bahasa, baik dari segi lafadz maupun makna. Kitab Kitab Fathul Mu’in merupakan salah satu kitab yang dikarang oleh Ahmad Zainuddin Alfannani, kitab ini membahas tentang fiqih dalam kitab ini cukup lengkap karena mencangkup bab thaharah hingga jinayat atau pidana,. Kitab Fathul Mu’in merupakan salah satu kitab yang banyak terdapat keindahan bahasa didalamnya, yaitu jinÄs,. JinÄs adalah keserupaan dua lafadz dalam pengucapan, akan tetapi makna keduanya berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini bermaksud melakukan analisis jinas yang terdapat dalam Kitab Fathul Mu’in, dan berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka masalah penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut : 1) JinÄs apa saja yang terdapat dalam Kitab Fathul Mu’in Karya Ahmad Zainuddin Alfannani Bab (Sholat, Zakat, Puasa, Haji dan umrah, jual beli, dan ijarah ) Karya Ahmad Zainuddin Alfannani, 2) Bentuk JinÄs apa saja yang terdapat dalam Kitab Fathul Mu’in Karya Ahmad Zainuddin Alfannani Bab (Sholat, Zakat, Puasa, Haji dan umrah, jual beli, dan ijarah ) Karya Ahmad Zainuddin Alfannani.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, metode deskriptif analisis dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Metode deskriptif analisis tidak semata-mata menguraikan melainkan juga memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya tentang jinÄs dalam Kitab Fathul Mu’in dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu balÄghah.
Setelah melakukan penelitian, maka peneliti menarik hasil dari analisis, bahwa jenis dan bentuk JinÄs yang terdapat dalam kitab Fathul Mu’in Bab (Sholat, Zakat, Haji Haji dan umrah, jual beli, ijarah) karya Ahmad Zainuddin Bin Abdul Aziz Alfannani adalah : jenis JinÄs, berjumlah 87 jenis JinÄs, yang Meliputi 7 jenis JinÄs, yaitu JinÄs tÄm mumÄsil, JinÄs tÄm mustaufi, JinÄs ghair tÄm naqis mudhÅri’, JinÄs tÄm , JinÄs ghair tÄm naqis lÄhi), JinÄs ghair tÄm qolab kul, dan JinÄs ghair tÄm qolab ba’di kulk, dan Bentuk JinÄs, berjumlah 145 bentuk, yaitu terdiri dari susunan fi’il (kata kerja) dan isim (kata benda). Fi’il tersebut adalah fi’il MÄdi dan Fi’il MudÅri. Isim yang terdapat dalam kitab tersebut adalah isim masdar, isim fa’il isim maf’ul dan isim jamid.
