Strategi BKPSDM Dalam Pengadaan Aparatur Sipil Negara Di Kabupaten Aceh Barat

The purpose of the study was to find out the procurement of employees, and the obstacles during the process of procuring employees at the West Aceh Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the West Aceh Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) has multiple positions. Therefore, the West Aceh Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) uses several important strategies to carry out employee procurement activities by carrying out the process of job analysis, withdrawal, selection, placement, orientation, and employee induction.
