MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN MUTU LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI KOTA MEDAN Hidayat, Rahmat Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan sisi lain dari manajemen peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam di Kota Medan. Manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah merupakan alternatif baru dalam pengelolaan pendidikan yang lebih menekankan kepada kemandirian dan kreatifitas sekolah. Pengembangan manajemen tersebut, didesain untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sekolah dan masyarakat dalam mengelola perubahan pendidikan kaitannya dengan tujuan keseluruhan, kebijakan, strategi perencanaan, inisiatif kurikulum yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah dan otoritas pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, output pendidikan menuntut adanya perubahan sikap dan tingkah laku seluruh komponen sekolah mulai kepala sekolah, guru dan tenaga/staf administrasi termasuk orang tua dan masyarakat dalam memandang, memahami, membantu sekaligus sebagai pemantau yang melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi dalam pengelolaan sekolah yang bersangkutan dengan didukung oleh pengelolaan sistem informasi yang presentatif dan valid. Akhir dari semua itu ditujukan kepada keberhasilan sekolah untuk menyiapkan pendidikan yang bermutu bagi masyarakat. BALANCED SCORECARD PADA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM Supendi, Pepen Balanced Scorecard adalah metoda yang dikembangkan Robert S. Kaplan dan David P. Norton untuk mengukur setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi dalam rangka merealisasikan tujuan organisasi tersebut. Balanced Scorecard semula merupakan aktivitas tersendiri yang terkait dengan penentuan sasaran, tetapi kemudian diintegrasikan dengan sistem manajemen strategis. Balanced Scorecard bahkan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai sarana untuk berkomunkasi dari berbagai unit dalam suatu organisasi. Balanced Scorecard juga dikembangkan sebagai alat bagi organisasi untuk berfokus pada strategi. Penilaian kinerja dengan Balance Scorecard diterjemahkan dalam empat perspektif yaitu: (1) perspektif finansial, (2) perspektif konsumen, (3) perspektif bisnis internal, dan (4) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Bagaimana Balanced Scorecard diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan tujuan dari penulisan ini. MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH Munazat, Imam Nurmila, Nina Pada zaman sekarang, kemajuan lembaga pendidikan sangat dituntut oleh adanya arus kuat persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan. SMP Plus Al-Istiqomah, ditemukan beberapa perubahan diantaranya: perubahan etika guru dan perubahan sarana sekolah. Manajemen perubahan menurut Lewin terdiri dari proses Unfreezing (mengenal perlunya perubahan), Changing (berusaha menciptakan kondisi baru, Rerfeezing (menggabungkan, menciptakan dan memelihara perubahan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan temuan-temuan dari fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Adapun sumber data utama adalah kepala sekolah sebagai key informant yang dilanjutkan dengan snowball process. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tahapan dalam manajemen perubahan. Pada tahap perencanaan, manajemen perubahan tersebut meliputi: mengkaji kebutuhan perubahan, mengemas substansi perubahan, mengidentifikasi faktor perubahan, dan menetapkan rencana operasional perubahan. Sementara pada tahap pelaksanaan manajemen perubahan meliputi: komunikasi perubahan, menjaga perubahan, pelaksanaan perubahan, dan keterlibatan seluruh pihak. Pada tahap pengendalian manajemen perubahan meliputi: penyesuaian rencana dan penguatan perubahan. Adapun faktor penunjang dalam perubahan terdiri dari: lingkungan, mutu sekolah, citra yang lebih baik, dan lingkungan. Faktor penghambatnya meliputi: lingkungan, dan keterbatasan dana. MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TEKNIS FUNGSIONAL PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI BALAI DIKLAT KEAGAMAAN Padilah, Ipah Parihah Suryana, Yaya Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen diklat di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung yang mencakup profil, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat penyelenggaraan diklat, serta hasil menejemen penyelenggaraan diklat teknis fungsional peningkatan kompetensi guru di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan menyalin dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan penafsiran deskriftif semata-mata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknis Fungsional Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung terdiri dari perencanaan yang meliputi:Â Â (1) analisis kebutuhan diklat, (2) rapat kerja, (3) rapat koordinasi, (4) startegi pendekatan, dan (5) penyusunan bahan. Pelaksanaan diklat dilakukan melalui: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan dan (3) tahap pelaporan. Evaluasi yang terdiri dari: (1) evaluasi terhadap peserta, (2) evaluasi terhadap Widyaiswara, dan (3) evaluasi terhadap penyelenggara. MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH EFEKTIF PADA SEKOLAH INKLUSIF Aisyah, Siti Badrudin, Badrudin Kepala sekolah merupakan agen perubahan yang mempunyai peranan aktif dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMP Al-Biruni Cerdas Mulia Bandung indikator kepemimpinan kepala sekolah efektif bertolak pada pemikiran bahwa kepala sekolah efektif secara umum dapat diamati dari tiga hal pokok, yaitu (1) komitmen terhadap visi sekolah dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya; (2) menjadikan visi sekolah sebagai pedoman dalam mengelola dan memimpin sekolah, dan 3) senantiasa memfokuskan kegiatannya terhadap pembelajaran dan kinerja guru dikelas. Implementasinya dari indikator kepemimpinaan kepala sekolah efektifÂ dalam rencana pengembangan sekolah dengan peran kepala sekolah yang terus mengembangkan visi yang jelas untuk masa yang akan datang, pengelolaan sekolah efektif dengan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan input, proses, dan output, evaluasi yang dilakukan secara continue langsung dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mengambil keputusan, faktor penunjang yaitu kekuatan Sumber Daya Manusia yang terus dioptimalkan dengan baik, faktor penghambat yaitu presepsi orang tua dan kebijakaan dari luar, keberhasilan yang dicapai manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah efektif di SMP Al-Biruni Cerdas Mulia Bandung dilihat dari tercapainya program kerja dan salah satunya bisa dilihat dari prestasi atau kualitas guru dan peserta didik. MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB MENGGUNAKAN â€ŽMETODE KAIDAH DAN TERJEMAH DI SMP PLUS AL-AQSHA Nurhamidah, Ida Siti Hermawan, A. Heris Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran, danÂ keberhasilan yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Arab menggunakan metode kaidah dan terjemah di SMP Plus Al-Aqsha Jatinangor Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif metode deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan pelaku yang dapat di ambil. Data ini hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab menggunakan metode kaidah dan terjemah mengacu pada kurikulum/ RPS yang sudah disusun oleh bagian kurikulum, tim pengembang kurikulum, dan guru mata pelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab terdapat tiga bagian yaitu pendahuluan, inti dan penutup/evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengevaluasi strategi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi terhadap isi materi dilakukan oleh bagian kurikulum, tim pengembang kurikulum dan guru mata pelajaran dilakukan di akhir tahun, dan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dilakukan oleh guru dalam ujian tulis dan lisan. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdapat faktor penunjang yaitu pendidik dan ekstrakurikuler sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu peserta didik dan media pembelajaran. PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN REKRUTMEN TENAGA PENDIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH AL-MUKHLISIN Arifa, Bella Nur Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mukhlisin mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, analisis jabatan, menentukan calon yang tepat, memilih metode yang paling tepat, memanggil calon yang dianggap memenuhi persyaratan jabatan, menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik baru, hingga penempatan tenaga pendidik baru, hasil dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini data yang ditemukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mukhlisin dilakukan dengan cara sederhana dan kekeluargaan. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah analisis kebutuhan, dengan menganalisis kondisi lingkungan madrasah berupa kekosongan jabatan yang ada. Analisis jabatan, dengan menentukan syarat umum calon tenaga pendidik untuk mengisi lowongan yang dibutuhkan, seperti kualifikasi pendidikan S1. Menentukan calon yang tepat, melalui sumber eksternal (dari luar) lingkungan madrasah. Memilih metode yang paling tepat, melalui rekomendasi tenaga pendidik atau staff madrasah dan iklan di sosial media. Memanggil calon yang dianggap memenuhi persyaratan jabatan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan madrasah dan kebijakan Kepala Madrasah. Menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik baru melalui pemeriksaan administrasi atau berkas lamaran serta proses wawancara secara santai dan sederhana oleh Kepala Madrasah. Penempatan tenaga pendidik baru, dilakukan secara langsung mengisi jabatan yang dibutuhkan saat itu sesuai dengan keputusan Kepala Madrasah. Hasil dari pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik yang dilakukan madrasah tersebut dikatakan baik, karena setiap tahapan telah dilaksanakan. KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENANAMKAN â€ŽKARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK Rohmawati, Annisa Supiana, Supiana Karakter religius adalah karakter yang perlu dikuatkan salah satunya dengan cara penanaman karakter religius di madrasah. Terdapat fenomena yang menarik untuk diteliti yaitu kepala Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Raudloh telah melaksanakan beberapa program penanaman karakter religius yang terbilang madrasah ini cukup muda yakni berdiri pada tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, 1) latar alamiah MA Ar-Raudloh; 2) mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala MA Ar-Raudloh dalam menanamkan karakter religius peserta didik; 3) mengetahui program penanaman karakter religius; 4) mengetahui hasil dari program penanaman karakter religius. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan menyalin dokumen. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan penafsiran data. Uji absah data dilakukan dengan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, pemeriksaan teman sejawat, analisis kasus negatif, kecukupan referensi, pengecekan anggota serta uraian rinci. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Menanamkan Karakter Religius di Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Raudloh adalah pertama, sejalan dengan visi madrasah yaitu adanya program madrasah dalam meningkatkan karakter religius dan program keahlian seperti multimedia, tata busana dan usahawan. Kedua, rasa keterpanggilan dan keanggotaan dapat tercerminkan dari seluruh lapisan madrasah yang mengikuti pula program penanaman karakter layaknya peserta didik. Ketiga, komitmen organisasi yaitu dapat menerima sanksi atas pelanggaran yang dilakukan baik itu oleh peserta didik maupun seluruh staf madrasah.Â Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan sebagian kecil contoh pengaruh dari program-program madrasah terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN DIRI MELALUI KEGIATAN â€ŽEKSTRAKURIKULER Ratnasari, Elisa Laboratorium merupakan tempat pengamanatan, percobaan, latihan dan pengujian konsep pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pengelolaan laboratorium sains meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, regulating, pencatatan, pemeliharaan, dan pendanaan. Fungsi laboratorium sains untuk meningkatkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa bergantung pada pandangan guru yang bersangkutan terhadap sains dan belajar (learning). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan manajemen laboratorium sains. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa tahapan dalam manajemen laboratorium sains untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Maâ€™arif Kabupaten Bandung. Pada tahap perencanaan meliputi penentuan dan pengadaan alat dan bahan, penggunanaan laboratorium sains, kemudian penyusunan program kerja dan yang terakhir yaitu penentuan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat di laboratorium sains. Tahapan pengorganisasian meliputi job description yaitu pembagian tugas yang jelas bagi para personil petugas di laboratorium, kemudian penjadwalan praktikum di laboratorium sains. Dan tata tertib agar proses kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium sains berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Tahapan pengadministrasian meliputi daftar hadir praktikum, buku inventaris, kartu peminjaman alat dan bahan, buku harian praktikum, kartu alat atau bahan yang rusak, dan buku rekap kegiatan praktikum bulanan. Tahapan pendanaan yaitu pembiayaan untuk seluruh kegiatan laboratorium sains bersumber dari anggaran Madrasah Aliyah Darul Maâ€™arif Kabupaten Bandung yang berupa biaya praktikum peserta didik per bulannya. Faktor pendukung manajemen laboratorium sains untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Maâ€™arif Kabupaten Bandung diantaranya alat dan bahan yang sangat memadai dan menunjang untuk proses praktikum. Sedangkan faktor penghambat diantaranya zat banyak yang kadaluarsa, sehingga memperhambat dalam proses praktikum. Dan pondok pesantren pun salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang dapat memainkan peran pemberdayaan dan transformasi sosial secara efektif.Tujuan Pokok Penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen hubungan masyarakat yang diterapkan di pondok pesantren Al-Basyariyah, mulai dari proses aktivitas Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren dimulai dari (1) Perencanaan, (2) Implementasi, (3) Evaluasi, (4) Faktor pendukung dan Penghambat, serta (5) Hasil Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat dalam Pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah.Penelitian ini berangkat dari pemikiran Azyumardi Azra yang menyatakan bahwasanya reputasi pesantren tampaknya dipertanyakan oleh sebagian masyarakat Islam Indonesia. Karena mayoritas pondok pesantren masa kini seolah berada di menara gading, elitis, jauh dari realitas sosial. Problem sosialisasi dan aktualisasi ini ditambah lagi dengan problem keilmuan, yaitu terjadi kesenjangan, alienasi serta diferensiasi antara dunia pesantren dengan dunia masyarakatMetode Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitiannya dilakukan pada objek alamiah yang objeknya berkembang apa adanya, serta berlandaskan pada paradigma interpretatif dan konstruktif, yang memandang realitas sebagai sesuatu yang utuh, kompleks, dinamis dan penuh makna didalam prosesnya.Â Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Humas, Pondok PesantrenÂ ABSTRACTÂ Islamic Boarding Schools are Indonesian original educational institutions, because they display a distinctive and exotic character, have advantages, both in their scientific traditions which are considered as one of the great traditions, as well as the transmission and internalization of morality. MANAJEMEN TENAGA PENDIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN â€ŽKOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL Amanah, Ima Muslimatul Hermawan, A. Heris Hidayat, Wahyu Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses pembinaan akal manusia yang mana potensi utamanya adalah sebagai makhluk yang berpikir. Pendidikan di dalamnya terdapat suatu proses pembelajaran yang keberhasilannya tergantung kepada sumber daya yang dinamakan tenaga pendidik atau guru. Oleh karenanya dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan perlu adanya proses manajemen tenaga pendidik yang baik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen tenaga pendidik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, teknik wawancara baku terbuka, dan teknik studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap mapping, rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan. Pengorganisasian tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan dengan cara memberikan tugas tambahan selain mengajar, adapun pendistribusiannya dilakukan oleh pihak yayasan. Penyusunan staf di SMP IT Imam Bukhari di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan mengacu pada standar pengelolaan sekolah. Penggerakkan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan melalui beberapa program yaitu pembinaan spiritual, halaqah Qurâ€™an, fiah qalilah, pelatihan, dan inovasi pembelajaran. Pengawasan yang dilakukan di SMP IT Imam Bukhari yaitu melalui pengecekan kehadiran oleh Kepala Sekolah baik kehadiran secara manual maupun finger print dan juga observasi lapangan pada proses belajar mengajar. Proses kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan agar dapat memperoleh perilaku hasil belajar yang diharapkan terjadi, dimiliki dan dikuasai oleh peserta didik setelah mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Maka, setiap lembaga pendidikan/sekolah harus mempunyai strategi yang jitu dalam merancang, menyusun, merumuskan dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran tentunya dibutuhkan adanya manajemen dalam pembelajaran sehingga akan lebih mudah dalam mengatur kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil, manajemen pembelajaran Â al qurâ€™an hadis berbasis media digital di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Islam Kota Bandung yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, motivasi, pengendalian, dan evaluasiÂ pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Islam Kota Bandung sudah melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis digital secara teratur dengan manajemen yang baik.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Pembelajaran, DigitalÂ Â ABSTRACT Science and technology are currently very rapidly developing, marked by the term industrial revolution 4.0. it is necessary to optimize the utilization of information and communication technology in the field of education so that synergies in the implementation of education and technology become an advantage in implementing education. The process of learning activities carried out in order to obtain learning outcomes behavior that is expected to occur, owned and controlled by students after participating in learning activities. So, every educational institution / school must have a precise strategy in designing, compiling, formulating and implementing learning activities, of course there is a need for management in learning so that it will be easier to organize learning activities. This study aims to determine the profile, management of learning the Qur'an based on digital media hadith in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Islam Bandung which includes planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, and evaluating learning. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview and documentation study. GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KHARISMATIK KYAI â€Ž DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PONDOK PESANTREN Suryana, Yaya Khoiruddin, Heri Oktapiani, Thia Kepemimpinan kyai di beberapa pondok pesantren mengalami perubahan, dari beberapa kasus, perkembangan dimulai dari perubahan gaya kepemimpinan, dari kharismatik ke rasionalistik, dari otoriter-paternalistik ke diplomatik-partisipatif atau dari laissez faire ke demokratif. Kepemimpinan seorang kyai di pondok pesantren bertumpu pada kharisma, perubahan penyesuaian yang terjadi di pondok pesantren menunjukkan bahwa kyai mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan masyarakat khususnya sistem pendidikan nasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, meliputi: wawancara, observasi partisipasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kyai di pondok pesantren mengalami kesuksesan, ditandai dengan bertambah jumlah santri dalam setiap tahunnya, mengembangkan lembaga, baik lembaga formal maupun non formal, santri yang telah lulus dan pulang ke rumahnya masing-masing dipercaya oleh masyarakat untuk memimpin setiap kegiatan keagamaan. PERAN MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA DALAM â€ŽMENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DI SMP ISLAM CENDEKIA â€ŽCIANJUR Nurstalis, Nusi Ibrahim, Tatang Abdurrohim, Nandang Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan salah satu penunjang proses pembelajaran. Sarana dan prasarana harus dikelola dengan baik yang dimaksudkan agar pada saat proses pembelajaran sarana dan prasarana dapat digunakan dengan optimal, efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat menunjang dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang optimal akan menghambat pada tercapainya tujuan yang efektif dan efisien, seperti tata kelola manajerial dalam segi inventarisasi yang belum diterapkannya sistem pengkodean pada barang, serta belum dilakukannya penghapusan pada barang yang sudah tidak dipakai dan masih ada beberapa pengelolaan yang pencatatan sarana dan prasrananya masih bersifat kondisional belum tertuang dalam bentuk tulisan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, serta untuk mengetahui peran dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil obyek penelitian di SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, mengorganisasikan, memberikan makna pada data yang telah didapatkan, dan dari data tersebut dinarasikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan peran manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur sangatlah berperan penting. Selain dapat mempermudah suatu pekerjaan, efektivitas proses belajar mengajar akan berjalan dengan baik, aman, nyaman dan bermutu. Karena tidak dapat dipungkiri sarana dan prasarana sangat dibutuhkan baik oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik terutama dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini para peserta didik menemukan cara belajar yang berbeda, mereka dapat belajar dimana saja dan kapan saja menggunakan laptop. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. MANAJEMEN LABORATORIUM SAINS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN â€ŽMUTU PEMBELAJARAN Gustini, Neng Wulandari, Wulandari Laboratorium merupakan tempat pengamanatan, percobaan, latihan dan pengujian konsep pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pengelolaan laboratorium sains meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, regulating, pencatatan, pemeliharaan, dan pendanaan. Fungsi laboratorium sains untuk meningkatkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa bergantung pada pandangan guru yang bersangkutan terhadap sains dan belajar (learning). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan manajemen laboratorium sains. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa tahapan dalam manajemen laboratorium sains untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Maâ€™arif Kabupaten Bandung. Pada tahap perencanaan meliputi penentuan dan pengadaan alat dan bahan, penggunanaan laboratorium sains, kemudian penyusunan program kerja dan yang terakhir yaitu penentuan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat di laboratorium sains. Tahapan pengorganisasian meliputi job description yaitu pembagian tugas yang jelas bagi para personil petugas di laboratorium, kemudian penjadwalan praktikum di laboratorium sains. Dan tata tertib agar proses kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium sains berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Tahapan pengadministrasian meliputi daftar hadir praktikum, buku inventaris, kartu peminjaman alat dan bahan, buku harian praktikum, kartu alat atau bahan yang rusak, dan buku rekap kegiatan praktikum bulanan. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk meneliti bagaimana implementasi program Tahfidz Al-Quran di madrasah formal dan imbasnya terhadap minat peserta didik dalam kegiatan Tilawatil Quran di sekolah, mengacu pada model-model pengajaran Al-Quran di sekolah meliputi metode, strategi, maupun penyampainnya. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk kualitatif dan sebagai model pengembangan konsep, teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi dan reduksi data, dan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa upaya implementasi program tahfidz di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muhsin II akan memiliki daya tarik terhadap minat anak didik dalam Tilawah Al-Quran apabila dikemas dengan beberapa hal pendukung meliputi kompetensi guru yang baik, dukungan fisik maupun nonfisik, metode ajar yang menarik, elaborasi pengajaran yang baik, dan juga buku panduan tahfidz yang menjadi rujukan harus jelas. Dengan hal inilah akan dapat menarik minat anak didik dalam kegiatan Tilawatil Quran. REVITALISASI MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN PERAN DAN FUNGSI MASJID SEBAGAI LEMBAGA KEISLAMAN Karim, Hamdi Abdul Tujuan penelitian revitalisasi manajemen pengelolaan peran dan fungsi masjid sebagai lembaga keislaman ini untuk menggali peranan dan fungsi masjid di zaman rasulullah sebagai lembaga-lembaga keislaman yang dapat dilakukan revitalisasi terhadap manajemen pengelolaan masjid di masa sekarang. Â Penelitian ini menggunakan Â pendekatan metode kualitatif lapangan (field research) yaitu penelitian yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan di lapangan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan mendeskripsikan temuan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Â purposive sampling. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu pengurus atau takmir masjid di kota Metro. Hasil penelitian penulis menemukan bahwa masjid-masjid yang ada di kota metro harus dilakukan revitalisasi peran dan fungsinya karena masjid-masjid yang ada belum menunjukan peranan dan fungsi sebagaimana pada masa Rasulullah. Peran dan fungsi masjid yang telah terlaksana masih terkait dengan ibadah mahdhah shalat wajib. Peran dan fungsi ghairu mahdhah, seperti sebagai tempat Pendidikan, tempat dakwahÂ dan kebudayaan islam, tempat pemberdayaan ekonomi umat, pusat kaderisasi umat, tempat sarana kesehatan belum terkelola dan terlaksana dengan baik bahkan ada masjid yang belum mampu melakukan revitalisasi manajemen pengelolan masjid seperti yang ada pada masa rasulullah SAW. Pemasaran jasa pendidikan merupakan strategi peningkatan nilai jual madrasah yang merupakan elemen penting bagi kualitas serta kemajuan taraf pendidikan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Artikel ilmiah ini secara khusus membahas bagaimana strategi madrasah dalam meningkatkan nilai jual madrasah, serta bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan nilai jual Madrasah Aliyah Riyadus Sholihin. Secara kritis penulis melakukan bagaimana maraknya pemasaran jasa pendidikan beranjak dari konsep awal madrasah sebagai lembaga penyedia layanan pendidikan Islam dan bukan sebagai lahan bisnis dalam dunia pendidikan. Madrasah sebagai penyedia layanan pendidikan perlu belajar dan memiliki gairah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan karena pendidikan adalah proses belajar mengajar yang terus berkelanjutan. MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KINERJA GURU MADRASAH SERTA IMPLIKASINYA BAGI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM Ihsan, Ahmad Hudlori Supiana, Supiana Gustini, Neng Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat penting. Salah satu yang mendasari bahwa urgensi dari pendidikan adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia agar mempunyai mutu pendidikan yang tinggi. Agar mampu dalam menembangkan sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan motivasi yang tinggi, sehingga diharapkan menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi, terkadang motivasi berubah-ubah sesuai dengan keadaan dari setiap individunya, kinerja yang belum maksimal, seperti ada beberapa guru yang tidak menggunakan media dalam pembelajaran, kurangnya dalam melengkapi administrasi kelas dan masih ada yang belum menguasai teknologi. Itulah yang menjadi dasar penelitian ini agar mampu menjabarkan permasalahan yang terjadi dan berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasi. Dalam pengambilan sempel peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling total. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 32 sampel, dengan menggunakan kuesioner model skala likert sebagai data primer yang disebar melalui online dengan menggunakan google form. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di MTs Mohamad Toha Kota Cimahi dengan nilai 0,888 yang artinya tingkat kekuatan hubungannya sangat kuat. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima, dan terdapat hubungan yang positif serta signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di MTs Mohamad Toha Kota Cimahi. Prinsip-prinsip inilah yang membedakan antara manajemen pendidikan secara umum dengan manjemen pendidikan Islam. Mengenai prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam banyak pakar pendidikan Islam yang berbeda pendapat. Maka dari itu di era yang serba digital ini yaitu Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 perlu adanya revitaslisasi kajian mengenai prinsip-prinsip dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam guna mewujudkan manajemen yang kokoh dan unggul. MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS BLENDED LEARNING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi Kasus di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran) Noval, Ahmad Nuryani, Lilis Kholisoh Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, lembaga pendidikan madrasah melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara online. Untuk daerah yang termasuk zona hijau, pembelajaran tatap muka bisa dilakukan dengan waktu yang terbatas serta mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Salah satu inovasi pembelajaran yang bisa dilakukan oleh madrasah adalah pembelajaran berbasis blended learning, termasuk di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran, implementasi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis blended learning di MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi dan MAN 1 Pangandaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan, kedua madrasah merumuskan kulikulum khusus sesuai dengan model pembelajaran blended learning di masa Pandemi Covid-19 didukung sarana dan prasana belajar yang memadai. Pada tahap implementasi, ada perbedaan pada kedua madrasah tentang waktu pembelajaran luring dan daring. MAN 1 Pangandaran menerapkan sistem shift, sehari pembelajaran luring dan di hari yang lain pembelajaran daring, sedangkan MAS YPP Jamanis Parigi tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka full satu minggu, pembelajaran daring disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing guru. EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM TAHFIDZ AL-QURAN DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER SISWA Husna, Asmaul Hasanah, Rafiatul Nugroho, Puspo Tahfidz Al-Quran merupakan progam yang sangat diminati banyak orang. Progam tahfidz di MTs NU Al Hidayah ini dilaksanakan karena adanya kemauan sendiri dari masyarakat sekitar yang mana peserta didik itu sudah mempunyai kemampuan dalam menghafal Al-Quran. Masing-masing dari orang tua siswa mengatakan supaya kemampuan siswa dalam menghafal tersebut dapat dikembangkan tanpa harus di pondok. Menghafal Al-Quran sangatlah membutuhkan semangat dan motivasi yang tinggi untuk bisa sampai pada tahap hafidz karena untuk mencapai hal tersebut sangatlah tidak mudah apabila dari diri sendiri tidak mempunyai dorongan atau keinginan sendiri untuk menghafal Al-Quran. MANAJEMEN STRATEGIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU â€ŽPENDIDIKAN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH Adilah, Hilya Gania Suryana, Yaya Mutu pendidikan tidak akan berhasil tanpa strategi yang tepat terhadap penyempurnaan mutu seluruh komponen, permasalahan yang terjadi meliputi profesionalisme guru, standar kompetensi lulusan, pembelajaran efektif, dan program yang tidak menunjang terhadap pencapaian mutu. Salah satu upaya peningkatan mutu melalui penerapan manajemen strategik sehingga mampu menentukan strategik yang tepat untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap latar alamiah, analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal, implementasi dan evaluasi manajemen strategik, dan hasil yang dicapai dari implementasi manajemen strategik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Terpadu Ar-Rifki Cileunyi Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian manajemen strategik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Terpadu Ar-Rifki Cileunyi Bandung terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu analisis lingkungan, formulasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Analisis lingkungan dilakukan dengan menganalisis internal meliputi kekuatan dan kelemahan dan analisis eksternal meliputi peluang dan ancaman. Formulasi manajemen strategik meliputi formulasi visi, misi, tujuan dan strategi sekolah. Implementasi manajemen strategik meliputi penerapan Delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum, kesiswaan dan sarana prasarana yang baik. Evaluasi manajemen strategik yang di bagi beberapa jenis yaitu evaluasi langsung terhadap program sekolah oleh kepala sekolah atau penanggung jawab program, evaluasi di bidang akademik yaitu dibidang akademik dan kurikulum ciri khas, dan pelaksanaan rapat evaluasi sekolah. Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, prestasi yang diperoleh sekolah, hubungan baik dengan orang tua dan kemitraan. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu beberapa tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang belum memenuhi kualifikasi, proses pembelajaran yang terganggu, serta persaingan dengan sekolah lain yang setara merupakan ancaman bagi sekolah. Disamping itu membantu, membimbing dan mengarahkan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah berorientasi pada bimbingan terhadap guru melalui diskusi dan pengarahan bersama guru sehingga dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran mengikuti tahapan yaitu perencanaan awal, pelaksanaan observasi dan tahap akhir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan kegiatan supervisi dan penguasaan kompetensi SMK oleh peserta didik serta adaptasi strategis pada proses supervisi sehingga berpengaruh pada optimalisasi mutu pembelajaran dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang menjadi objek peneltian adalah kegiatan supervisi di SMKIT Khoiru Ummah dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitaan ini ditemukan bahwa pentingnya kegiatan supervisi dan strategi adaptasi terutama dimasa pandemi Covid-19, pentingnya pembinaan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai kegiatan supervisi guna saling mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan keterampilan guru guna mengoptimalkan mutu pembelajaran. HUBUNGAN PELATIHAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DENGAN â€ŽKINERJA GURU â€Ž Nurhaliza, Amelia Guru dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya agar dapat menjadi guru yang profesional. Semakin baik profesionalisme guru, maka semakin baik pula kualitas pendidikan. Itulah sebabnya guru perlu diberi kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya yaitu melalui pelatihan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan realitas pelatihan profesionalisme guru, kinerja guru, dan hubungan pelatihan profesionalisme guru dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah sebanyak 33 guru dan pengambilan sampel secara sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan profesionalisme guru dan kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi dinyatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelatihan profesionalisme guru dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah sebesar 0,785 yang berarti tingkat hubungannya dalam kategori kuat, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Kontribusi pelatihan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 61,5%, hal ini berarti 38,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. IMPLEMENTASI NILAI DAN ETIKA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH SAMBISARI Sholawati, Sholawati Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan nilai dan etika dalam meningkatkan mutu di SD Muhammadiyah Sambisari Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah SD Muhammadiyah Sambisari sebagai manajer instansi. Data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian direduksi dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai dan etika yang diimplementasikan dalam instansi pendidikan dapat menunjang peningkatan mutu. Dalam meningkatkan mutu, SD Muhammadiyah Sambisari membangun kepercayaan (trust), integritas, dan tanggung jawab secara konsisten. Nilai-nilai ini dicontohkan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai leader dan dianut oleh seluruh anggota instansi, terutama guru, karyawan, dan siswa. Sekolah yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana atau fasilitias yang minimal pun dapat membangun budaya mutu dan terus meningkatkan kualitasnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya sekolah negeri yang berjarak dengan dengan MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang yang menawarkan keunggulan fasilitas, sehingga menyebabkan adanya suatu persaingan yang menjadi tantangan dalam merekrut calon siswa baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) manajemen pemasaran jasa di MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang; 2) citra lembaga pendidikan di MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang di MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang; 3) apakah ada pengaruh manajemen pemasaran jasa terhadap citra lembaga pendidikan di MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Instrument kuesioner dilakukan dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, teknik korelasi dan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas manajemen pemasaran jasa (X) MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang termasuk dalam kategori â€œcukup baikâ€ yaitu berada pada interval 50-54 dengan nilai rata â€“ rata 53,10. Sedangkan kualitas citra lembaga pendidikan (Y) MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedang termasuk dalam kategori â€œcukup baikâ€ yaitu berada pada interval 48 â€“ 52 dengan nilai rata â€“ rata 51,09. Adapun hasil analisisnya secara keseluruhan menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen pemasaran jasa terhadap citra lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 81,691.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ini, maka hipotesis kerja Â yang berbunyi â€œAda pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara manajemen pemasaran jasa terhadap citra lembaga pendidikan di MTs Maâ€™Arif Cikeruh Jatinangor Sumedangâ€ diterima. RESISTENSI PONDOK PESANTREN DALAM MENGELOLA SANTRI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 Mubah, Hilmi Qosim Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaiamana pondok pesantren dalam mempertahankan diri dari pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang melanda di nusantara dengan mengaitkan dengan kajian manajemen pendidikan agar dapat memberi kontribusi yang baik bagi pendidikan pesantren dan dapat menghindarkan santri dari munculnya klaster baru Covid-19. Metode pembahasan menggunakan studi literatur dengan penguraian, perangkuman, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan berusaha untuk memunculkan gagasan-gagasan baru yang relevan dan mutakhir untuk dilaksanakan di dalam sistem manajemen pondok pesantren. Dari studi literatur yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa pengelolaan santri dalam pondok pesantren agar terhindar dari Covid-19 merupakan hal wajib yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pondok pesantren. Pengelolaan santri secara fisik dapat dilakukan dengan membentuk gugus Covid-19, menyediakan fasilitas protokol kesehatan, program kebersihan pondok, program olahraga rutin, penyediaan makanan santri yang higienis, pengurangan jumlah santri dalam satu kamar, santri diberi waktu istirahat yang cukup agar kekebalan tubuh tetap terjaga, bertindak cepat bila ada santri yang sakit, serta para pimpinan pesantren ikut serta dalam mengawasi para santri dalam kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan. Selain itu di lingkup kurikulum pesantren, perlu adanya perubahan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pembelajaran di masa pandemi dan tetap efektif dalam transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan agama kepada santri. Dalam pembelajaran pengelola pesantren hendaknya mengurangi jadwal kegiatan, menyediakan kelas daring dengan sistem blended learning membuka pesantren virtual dalam rangka mewadahi para santri dewasa yang masih ingin mengaji kepada para kiai. PEMASARAN MADRASAH HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN JUMLAH PESERTA DIDIK BARU Maulana, Saepul Ibrahim, Tatang Khoiruddin, Heri This study aims to determine whether or not there is a positive and significant relationship between school marketing management and number of new student at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosidiah Cikuda Bandung. This paper using correlation reseach method, this method interpreted as measuring to whether or not relationship between school marketing management as X variableÂ and number of new student as Y variable. As for the results of the study, it can be concluded that Ar-Rosidiyah's Student Perceptions about school marketing obtained an average value of 3.14. The number was included in the moderate qualification because it was in the 2.5-3.5 interval, the number of new students scored 3.07 with moderate qualification because it was in the interval 2.5-3.5. The results of the calculation of hypothesis testing show t count is 2.07 t table 1.71. Then the level of influence of the variables x and y is 40.5% and has a sufficient correlation. And this shows that there are other factors of 59.5% that influence the student's decision to enter Madrasah Tsanawiyah At-Rosidiyah. This study method employed descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools used observation, interview and document studies. The results of this study reveal that there are three strategies for implementing online studentsâ€™ orientation activities, and basically, the themes of the four-day studentsâ€™ orientation activities at SDIT Ar Risalah and SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida are almost the same, namely introduction of teachers and staff, the school environment, character education, and the curriculum. The platform often used by SDIT Ar Risalah and SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida in implementing virtual studentsâ€™ orientation activity is WhatsApp groups. It is used as a mean of coordination and initial communication between teachers, parents and students. KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM KINERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH Aristianingsih, Riska Irawan, Irawan Sulhan, Moh Based on the results of the 2012 madrasah principal competency test, it shows that the competence of madrasah principals in Indonesia is 70% out of 250 thousand with test scores below 75. This indicates that madrasah principals in Indonesia are incompetent or weak in the areas of managerial and supervisory competence. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the managerial competence of the madrasah principal and the performance of the education staff in Madrasah Negeri in Bandung Regency. This study used a quantitative approach, and distributed questionnaires to 59 education staff respondents in Madrasah Negeri in Bandung Regency with a sample consisting of the entire population. The researcher then used a Likert scale model as primary data which was distributed by coming directly to the madrasa and some others by going through the google form. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, partial analysis, normality test, linearity test, correlation test, regression test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between the managerial competence of the madrasah principal and the performance of the education staff in State Madrasahs in Bandung Regency. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value was 0.466, this value was included in the correlation category 0.40 â€“ 0.59 (medium), while the significance value was 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between managerial competence and the performance of education staff in State Madrasahs throughout Bandung Regency. This study aims to determine the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of guidance and counseling teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Ciamis Regency. This research is descriptive, the approach used is quantitative with the type of correlation. The technique of data collection is done by using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The data analysis technique was carried out in stages, starting from the validity test and the data reliability test. Then a statistical analysis was carried out consisting of a partial analysis per indicator and variable interpretation. Then the correlation analysis was carried out including the normality test of the data, the linearity test of the data, the correlation test, and the coefficient of determination test. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the Pearson correlation was 0.756. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation table, 0.756 is in the interval 0.60 - 0.799, or is included in the strong category, it can be concluded that the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of BK teachers in MTs Kab. Namun demikian, pengujian peran kepemimpinan spiritual secara khusus dalam konteks staf pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam masih jarang dilakukan. Padahal konteks Lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki karakteristik tersendiri. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran kepemimpinan spiritual dalam mempengaruhi work engagement dengan dimediasi oleh rasa kebermaknaan dan keanggotaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan survey dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Data dikumpulkan dari 269 orang yang bekerja di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual dipengaruhi oleh inner life dan kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan pada rasa kebermaknaan kerja dan rasa keanggotaan. The purpose of this research is specifically to discuss the reality of the relation between learning management and learning effectiveness in state Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Bogor with quantitative research type descriptive method and using random samples with the slovin formula a significance level of 10% so that the number of research samples is 100 madrasah students. The results showed that there was a relationship between e-learning based management and learning effectiveness in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri of Bogor City with a significance level of 0.604** included in the correlation coefficient value of 0.60-0.799, meaning that the relationship between the two variables was included in the strong significant category. so that if e-learning-based management is improved, the effectiveness of learning will also increase. This study is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study explore the importance of needs analysis, source analysis, and priority analysis in formulating policies for planning infrastructure in schools so that the procurement of infrastructure is right on target. In addition, the school management system also supports the key role of principals in managing face-to-face learning infrastructure and ensuring that the maintenance process can be accounted for. This study also provides several implications for the management of facilities and infrastructure during the pandemic and is expected to provide enlightenment for other relevant stakeholders in dealing with face-to-face learning during the upcoming pandemic. Tadrib asatidz is one of the learning methods that can be used to develop skills. For the tadrib asatidz method to be successful, good management is needed. The purpose of the study was to examine the management of tadrib asatidz in developing pedagogic abilities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data was obtained utilizing in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were 83 educators at the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Tulungagung educational institution. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The data collection techniques include reduction, data presentation, and synthesis withdrawal. In order to realize effective records management, educational institutions actively utilize digital technology through electronic archive management to improve the quality of services provided to customers. This study aims to determine the management of electronic records, the quality of administrative services, and the relationship between electronic archive management and the quality of administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Bandung Regency. The approach used is quantitative with the type of correlation. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Then after the data is collected, it is processed with the help of the SPSS program using instrument test data analysis techniques (validity and reliability), partial indicator analysis test, prerequisite test (normality and linearity test), and correlation test using Pearson correlation and determination test. The results of the study stated that electronic records management had a positive relationship with the quality of administrative administration services, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. There is a type of variable relationship that leads to a positive nature due to the Pearson correlation number of 0.566 which does not have a (-) sign in the number, the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional and means that the better the management of electronic records, the better the quality of administrative services. administration. School institutions, especially those that still really need interaction and socialization so that the school can be better known to the wider community and the students themselves. This study aims to design a school website for SMP Negeri 3 Tongkuno so that it can be used as a medium of information to students, teachers or the general public. The method used in this research is the waterfall development method. The development stage in this research begins with analyzing needs, designing, creating a school website, then applying and testing its effectiveness. Based on the results of the black box testing that has been carried out, it shows that the functional website of SMP Negeri 3 Tongkuno as a medium of information, is free from syntax errors and functions as it should. The results of these tests indicate that each menu contained on the school's website functions properly or in other words according to what is expected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the school website information system using google sites at SMP Negeri 3 Tongkuno is feasible to use. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN INFRASTRUKTUR PEMBELAJARAN DAN LINGKUNGAN UNTUK BERKELANJUTAN PRAKTIK MUTU PENDIDIKAN Utsman, Maksum Bahtiar, Bahtiar Yakin, Nurul ABSTRACTThe current study examines the state of the learning environment and infrastructure, along with their effect on teaching and learning activities and the extent to which they are maintained. This study uses a descriptive survey design paradigm. Respondents consisted of madrasah in the Darul NW Kamal Kembang Kerang Islamic boarding school with 5 madrasa principals and 127 teachers who were randomly selected using a multi-stage sampling technique from a group of 5 madrasah in the Darul Kamal Islamic boarding school Kembang Kerang environment. Data was collected using the Learning Environment Management Questionnaire (LEMQ), Teacher Instructional Task Performance Assessment Scale (SPKTIG), and Principal Interview Guidelines (IGP). The study revealed that teachers' perceptions of the quality of learning facilities and environments ranged from 41 to 60.5%, while schools with inadequate quality ranged from 19 to 59%. This implies that quality assurance practices are at the average level in secondary schools. The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between teachers' instructional tasks and students' academic performance (r = 0.645 at p<0.05). The aim of this research is to find out student responses before and after attending online lectures, especially related to the effectiveness and efficiency of online courses and student responsibilities in doing assignments online. The implementation of this online activity was only carried out for 4x meetings and 12x meetings were conducted face-to-face. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through a google form questionnaire and continued with quantitative descriptive data analysis. The result is that online learning is quite effective and efficient to replace face-to-face lectures. Online learning increases enthusiasm and responsibility in doing assignments on time in the Kapita Selecta Education Management course. Online learning can be used as an alternative to overcome the problem of effective and efficient meetings between lecturers and students. HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DENGAN CITRA LEMBAGA Suryana, Aep Tata Kirana, Zenda A leader in educational institutions is often the attention of experts, in this case, especially with regard to the leadership of the head of the madrasa as the main person in charge of the existence of an educational institution, the problem in this study is how the leadership of the head of the madrasa in improving the good image of the institution in the eyes of the community. This study aims to determine the relationship between Madrasah Principal Leadership and Institutional Image at State Madrasahs in Sumedang Regency. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlational method. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the leadership of the Head of State Madrasahs in Sumedang Regency included very high qualifications, namely 4.26 in the interval range of 4.20 â€“ 5.00. The image of the institution is included in the very high qualification of 4.29 which is found in the interval range of 4.20 - 5.00. The results obtained from the correlation of the significance of the relationship between the leadership of the madrasah principal and the image of the institution obtained 0.000. Therefore, the value of 0.000 <0.005 and the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.528 is in the interval value of 0.51 - 0.75, which means that the leadership of the madrasa head has a very strong relationship with the image of the institution. Hubungan Penggunaan Education Management Information System (EMIS) 4.0 dengan Efektivitas Pendataan Pendidikan Madrasah Kasmin, Kasmin Nurilahi, Risa Penggunaan Education Management Information System (EMIS) 4.0 merupakan aplikasi pendataan yang menghasilkan sumber informasi yang akurat dan digunakan untuk mencapai salah satu tujuan pendidikan yang optimal. Namun ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya keahlian operator madrasah, ketepatan waktu dalam memasukan data dan terputusnya jaringan dalam proses upload data pada EMIS 4.0 sehingga akan berdampak pada informasi yang dihasilkan serta terhambatnya proses pelayanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan, efektivitas dan hubungan Education Management Information System (EMIS) 4.0 dengan pendataan pendidikan madarasah pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Education Management Information System (EMIS) 4.0 berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik memiliki nilai rata-rata 4,22 yang dikategorikan tinggi. Efektivitas pendataan pendidikan madrasah berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik memiliki nilai rata-rata 4,22 yang dikategorikan tinggi. Hubungan penggunaan EMIS 4.0 dengan efektivitas pendataan pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Kabupaten Subang mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi diperoleh 0.861 dengan kategori sangat kuat karena berada pada rentang 0.80-1.00. Jenis hubungan antara kedua variabel berjenis positif, sehingga hubungan kedua variabel tersebut searah dan memiliki makna bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan EMIS 4.0 maka semakin tinggi juga efektivitas pendataan pendidikan madrasah. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.742 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi penggunaan EMIS 4.0 dengan efektivitas pendataan pendidikan madrasah sebesar 74.2%. The purpose of this study was to find out how the principal's leadership style in making decisions and how the process of taking and the basics in making decisions and the obstacles that occur when making decisions in high school institutions throughout the city of Samarinda. The type of this research is phenomology qualitative research, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and decomentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data condensation and data validity test. The objects of this research are principals, vice principals and educators as well as education staff throughout the city of Samarinda. The results showed: (1) that the principal's leadership style in making decisions is a charismatic leadership style used by the principal of SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda while SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa has a democratic leadership style, (2) the process of making decisions by involving teachers and some teachers, with the basic process of making decisions by the principal of SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda and SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa by involving intuition and the opinions of other parties, models in making decisions using data and facts in making decisions. The information system for registration of new students at the Ciamis Islamic boarding school based on this website aims to make it easier for prospective new students to register with the Islamic boarding school online or as a medium that facilitates administration in managing data for prospective new students and as for the features on this website, namely the selection of prospective new students exams online. online. The problem in this study is how the use of education management information systems through websites for student recruitment is effective or not. This study aims to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of education management information systems and student recruitment management at Islamic boarding schools in Ciamis Regency. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlational method. Based on the results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the education management information system including qualifications is very high, namely 4.50 in the interval range of 4.20 â€“ 5.00. The image of student recruitment is included in the very high qualification of 4.77 which is found in the interval range of 4.20 - 5.00. The results obtained from the correlation of the significance of the relationship between management information systems and student recruitment obtained 0,000. Therefore, the value of 0.000 <0.005 and the correlation coefficient value of 0.283 is in the interval value of 0.51 - 0.75, which means that the education management information system has a weak relationship. Then the coefficient of determination R Square 0.098 means that the contribution of the leadership variable to the image of the head of the madrasah institution is 9.8%. Even in various areas, private schools are threatened with closure due to the pandemic, which has reduced people's interest in sending their children to private schools. The purpose of this study was to find out: how does the marketing mix influence students' decisions to attend Adzkia Integrated Islamic School, how much influence does the marketing mix have on students' decisions to attend Adzkia Integrated Islamic School. This type of research is a quantitative research with ex post de facto method. The population in this study were Adzkia Sukabumi IT Middle School and High School students. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Before being used to obtain objective data, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was first carried out. After the data is collected, then the data is processed and analyzed using the classical assumption test and simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix which consists of product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process has a significant influence on students' decisions to attend Adzkia Integrated Islamic School with a tcount of 3.854 greater than the ttabel value 1.665 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Majelis taklim for housewives is a suggestion to study knowledge, increase faith, and get guidance in fostering a family which is considered the right place to socialize mental health. This study aims to design mental health preaching for majelis taklim. The research method is descriptive qualitative, data obtained from literature, field observations and interviews. The results of the study show that a good da'wah design must pay attention to planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The process of planning mental health da'wah at the majelis taklim is determined by the curriculum used which is produced by combining the material listed in the 2012 majelis taklim syllabus which was the output of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, the material needed by Muslim congregations, the evaluation results of the previous year's majelis taklim activities as well as input from ustadz/ustadzah. In the organizing process, the majelis taklim must coordinate with the Mosque Prosperity Council so that activities are effective and efficient. In the implementation process, paying attention to teacher and congregation schedules must be prioritized. Research analysis on students using VOSviewer through a bibliometric approach using article sources obtained from databases with publish or perish application support The word "santri" becomes a reference in the search process. We found 53 articles that are considered relevant. The research period used as indexing for Scopus documents is the last 10 years (2012â€“2022). The research results are focused on finding and analyzing terms related to students and other data. The keyword "santri" is associated with 5 clusters and 37 links, for a total link strength of 53. The findings of an analysis of the evolution of publications about Islamic boarding schools over the last ten years are still fluctuating, with the highest number of publications in 2019 being 16 articles, and as few as 0 articles in 2013 and 2015. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen hubungan masyarakat yang dilakukan pondok pesantren untuk pendidikan akhlak santri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan observasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis eksplanasi building terjadi secara sistematis dan mengikuti format standar pengkodean terbuka, pengkodean aksial, pengkodean selektif dan menggambarkan matriks kondisional. Hasil penelitian ini adalah lebih berfokus pada orang tua santri dan masyarakat sekitar pesantren. Pendekatan dalam manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah pendekatan kultural dan struktural. Pendekatan kultural di antaranya memberikan kebermanfaatan pesantren pada masyarakat lingkungan sekitar, pesantren sekitar dan dakwah di lingkungan. Pendekatan struktural di antaranya membangun kanal-kanal komunikasi sesuai struktur organisasi yang ada berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat, agar manajemen bisa berjalan dengan baik dan keinginan masyarakat terpenuhi dengan cepat. The population in this study was one group, namely class V B with 25 students as research subjects determined through Total Sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing Questionnaires for Management of PAI Teacher Character Education and Student Spiritual Intelligence. The instrument of this research was filling out a questionnaire using a Likert Scale with four alternative answers, always (SL), often (SR), sometimes (KD), rarely (JR), never (TP). Test the validity of the instrument in consultation with experts (Expert Judgment). The data analysis technique used is the data analysis test technique showing (1) there is still a lack of management of PAI teacher character education which is not significant in class V B, (2) there is still a lack of spiritual intelligence of students in Class VB Sindangkasih II Elementary School Majalengka, (3) the influence PAI teacher character education management on students' spiritual intelligence based on the Correlation Test is 0.343 which is classified as insufficient. In its application, this storage, in addition to requiring electronic media or tools, also requires competent and technologically literate human resources. If digital archive storage is not managed by competent human resources in their fields, then it is not impossible that the security of the data will also be threatened. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of digital-based archive storage in Islamic Junior High School 1 Cirebon City. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. This study uses several stages, namely: Data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of his research are: (1) Islamic Junior High School 1 Cirebon City has implemented digital-based archive storage since the Covid-19 pandemic a few years ago. (2) In its management, digital archive storage uses several websites or applications such as EMIS (Education Management System), SIMPATIKA (Information System for Educators and Education Personnel), SAKTI (Institution Level Financial Application System), and RDM (Madrasah Digital Report Card). (3) In terms of security, the level of security there is still relative even though it is indeed more helped by using this digital-based storage. (4) There are advantages and disadvantages in implementing a digital-based storage system. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN Khoerudin, Liana Ariesha Nugraha, Mulyawan Safwandi Nasrudin, Endin This study aims to determine the effect of the transformational leadership of school principals on improving the quality of education in MTs kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all teachers in MTs in the Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. PLS-SEM is a structural equation model to develop or predict an existing theory. The equation model analyzed is the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Based on calculations using SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results of the study show that the transformational leadership of school principals has an effect on improving the quality of education by 0.417 or 41.7%. The implications of the results of this study indicate that to improve the quality of education, it is effective through increasing indicators or dimensions that are still weak on the transformational leadership variable of school principals from this study, namely the idealized influence dimension (exemplary influence). In this case the researcher recommends that the head of the KKMTS Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi should cooperate with the Ministry of Religion of Kabupaten Sukabumi to carry out the madras technical guidance program, in order to improve the professionalism and personality competence of the madarsa head, as well as be a good role model for the madrasah community and the surrounding community. So that school principals are aware that their personal competence can be further improved. The research was carried out with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students in class X and XI SMA Unggulan Bina Insan Mulia 2 Cirebon, while the sample for this study used a full sample, they are all students in class X and XI SMA Unggulan Bina Insan Mulia 2 Cirebon. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. PLS-SEM is a structural equation model to develop or predict an existing theory. The equation model analyzed is the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Based on calculations using SmartPLS 3.0 . The results showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure had an effect on student learning interest by 0.763 or 76.3%, teacher pedagogic competence had an effect on student learning interest by 0.312 or 31.2%, and the quality of learning had an effect on student learning interest by 0.335 or 33, 5%. The implications of the results of this study indicate that SMA Unggulan Bina Insan Mulia 2 Cirebon must improve the planning of educational facilities and infrastructure, because the completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure will assist teachers in organizing the learning process. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that there was a significant influence between the management of facilities and infrastructure on students' learning interest (t-statistic 3.554 and p values <0.05), there was a significant effect between teacher pedagogical competence on student learning interest (t statistic 3.934 and p values <0.05), and there is a significant influence between the quality of learning on students' learning interest (t statistic 4.161 and p values .0.05). This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research population was 10 and 11th grade students at Hayatan Thayyibah High School, Sukabumi City, totaling 172 with 120 samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires in the form of google forms with barcodes and interviews, data analysis techniques using SPSS and Smart PLS second order intervention (moderation). The results of this study at Hayatan Thayyibah High School, Sukabumi City, obtained: 1) The charismatic leadership of the principal has a positive and significant effect on the culture of religious literacy 25.6%, 2) The charismatic leadership of the principal has a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates 35.8%, 3 ) Library services have a positive and significant effect on literacy culture 54.4%, 4) Library services have a positive and significant effect on graduate quality 41.7%, 5) Religious literacy culture has a positive and significant effect on graduate quality by 20.6%, 6 ) Charismatic leadership has a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates mediated by a culture of religious literacy 6.6%, 7) Library services have a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates mediated by a culture of religious literacy 10.9%. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION Azizah, Kuni Sulistyorini This study aims to analyze the practice of transformational leadership by the school principal in managing inclusive education at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Tulungagung. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the school principal consistently demonstrates proactive, visionary, and highly transformational leadership. This is evident in their strategic decision-making, such as implementing SWOT analysis for program planning and fostering critical collaborations with external experts like the Autistic Service Center (PLA) Blitar. Furthermore, the principal's leadership is prominent in human resource management, including the appointment and continuous professional development of special accompanying teachers (GPK), and actively leading curriculum and assessment adaptations to cater to diverse student needs. The school employs flexible inclusive learning models, specifically regular classes with clusters and full special classes, adapted based on individual student requirements. While challenges such as managing tantrum behaviours in some students with special needs were identified, the principal demonstrated effective responses through dedicated GPK support, therapy recommendations, and robust collaboration with parents. This research concludes that transformational leadership is a pivotal factor in establishing and sustaining a high-quality, effective, and adaptive inclusive educational environment. The management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program is expected to assist students in developing religious identity. This study aims to see whether the management of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program influences how state MTs students in Tasikmalaya Regency develop their religious character. This study uses the Ex Post Fecto method with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires or questionnaires are used for information gathering. Data analysis using instrumental analysis (validity and reliability), partial analysis per indicator (variable X reality test and Y variable reality test), classical assumption analysis (linearity and normality), correlation test, coefficient of determination analysis, and simple linear regression. The F and T tests are used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the impact of implementing the tahfidz al-Qur'an program on assertive personal development at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Tasikmalaya Regency scores 0.001 <0.05, and it has the implication that the relationship between the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program and a person who firmly has a relationship or association. After that, the correlation coefficient is calculated to be 0.482. But the disparities between urban and rural areas frequently impact the standard of facilities in both places. The comparative descriptive study design is used to gather data from direct observations and interviews with the school's head and representatives from the other two relevant institutions. The information gathered covers details about the accessibility of facilities, the state of school buildings, and other learning support facilities. The study's findings indicated that facilities for sports and extracurricular activities are more readily available in urban than rural locations. The city has a state-of-the-art educational facility with practical classrooms, sufficient libraries, and labs. Urban areas also have more reliable and open internet connections. On the other hand, rural schools have physical limitations due to the size of the classrooms and the lack of adequate learning support resources. The availability of educational amenities between urban and rural schools differs significantly, in conclusion. For all kids, regardless of where they are in the world, the infrastructure and technological accessibility issues in rural schools need to be given more consideration. However, Thailand consists of two parts with differences in religion, race, ethnicity, region and culture. They are Northern Thailand, known as the Kingdom of Thailand, and Southern Thailand with a majority Muslim population with a total of 80% from the three provinces of Southern Thailand, are Patani, Yala, and Narathiwat, which are known as Thailand minority. In developing and maintaining Islamic education in the region, teachers play a main role through Islamic learning. Thus, teacher empowerment becomes a crucial issue, because teachers are the main component that influence the learning process in order to achieve Islamic education. The aim of this research is to describe about the pattern of increasing teacher capacity through teacher empowerment in order to maintain Islamic education in Muslim minority areas of Thailand, as well as how teachers in Muslim minority areas are empowered by the Kingdom of Thailand. ANALYSIS OF FUNDRAISING STRATEGIES IN THE AL-QUR'AN EDUCATIONAL PARK Almafahir, Ahmad Fundraising is one solution to bridge the financial gap and ensure the continuity of educational programs. This research aims to determine the fundraising strategy to increase community awareness carried out by TPQ Darussalam Tambakaji Ngaliyan Semarang. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and data analysis through data unitation, categorization, and interpretation. The research results revealed that the strategy used to increase community awareness at the TPQ Darussalam institution was by providing hospitality to residents, installing banners and pamphlets, and presenting students at Islamic Holiday Commemoration (PHBI) events. The funds came from residents, parents, donors, and class charity boxes. This strategy has been effective enough to meet the institution's operational needs. Through the analysis of training needs for arithmetic abacus skills, the research seeks to identify effective and efficient strategies, methods, materials, and techniques for conducting training that meets the specific needs of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bandar Lampung. Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Optimalisasi Kinerja Guru pada Era Merdeka Belajar Hidayah, Aliffia Laila Nur Maarif, Samsul Huda, Muhammad Nuril Sebagai pemimpin, kepala madrasah memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja guru, terutama dalam memastikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang efektif. Kinerja guru merupakan gambaran sikap, keterampilan, nilai-nilai dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki guru dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawabnya. Untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas utamanya guru diharuskan dapat memahami terlebih dahulu tentang konsep kurikulum dan pembelajaran, Dengan memahami kemampuan tersebut, diharapkan guru dapat mampu menerapkan kurikulum terbaru yaitu kurikulum merdeka belajar dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Jombang, mendeskripsikan kinerja guru pada era merdeka belajar dan mendiskripsikan strategi kepala madrasah dalam optimalisasi kinerja guru pada era merdeka belajar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan teori Miles and Huberman dalam melakukan analisis dan interpretasi data serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi dalam menguji keabsahan data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepala madrasah merupakan sosok yang visioner, memimpin dengan gaya demokratis serta partisipatif dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan. Kinerja guru di madrasah sudah dilakukan dengan optimal dengan presentase 96 % sesuai dengan hasil penilaian kinerja guru, serta dilihat dari aspek kinerja guru dalam melakukan perencanaan, melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran, kemampuan dalam membimbing siswa, dan dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan. Efficient and timely administrative management is needed to ensure the school's daily operations run smoothly. In an effort to improve teacher administrative management, the use of an Integrated Information System (PAUD SITE) was proposed as a potential solution. This system will integrate various administrative aspects, such as managing schedules, attendance, teacher personal data, announcements, and communication between the teacher and the school. This research involves an in-depth analysis of how the implementation of the PAUD SITE can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher administrative management. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with school administrative staff and teachers, as well as a survey given to teachers and related schools. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of the PAUD SITE in teacher administration management in PAUD schools. STRATEGI MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM BERBASIS LIFE SKILL DI SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA Wibowo, Adi Febriatul Khasanah, Qoidah Aulia Kumala, Shofa Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill, yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan jenis-jenis life skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Purworejo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala bagian Kurikulum, Tim Kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, dan guru sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif melalui tiga langkah yaitu, reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo adalah baik, dilakukan dengan membuat tujuan jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang. Pengorganisasian kurikulum berbasis life skill dilakukan melalui adanya surat keputusan mengajar bagi para guru, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan dilakukan secara baik dengan adanya praktik life skill yang meliputi kecakapan personal, kecakapan komunikasi, kecakapan akademik, dan kecakapan vokasional. This research aims to find out how the promotion management process is based on information and communication technology which includes the planning process, organizing, implementation, promotion, evaluation, and promotion results using information and communication technology at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of this research at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi. This research data collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that Sabilina Islamic Elementary School uses several media in its promotion, including social media, Facebook, Instagram, and websites. In the promotion management process, Sabilina Islamic Elementary School implements several stages. First, is promotion planning, which includes determining targets for selecting content and so on. Second, Sabilina Islamic Elementary Schools created special teams for this implementation which have been divided into their respective divisions of work. Third, create content according to a predetermined plan. Fourth, the promotion evaluation process is carried out once a year, namely at the end of each year so that the promotion process can continue to develop well. Fifth, from this research positive results were obtained in the promotion process using information and communication technology at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School. ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL-BASED ARABIC LANGUAGE COURSES Jannah, Mawaddatul Mufidah, Nuril Organizational management plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of educational program implementation, particularly in digital-based learning institutions. This study aimed to describe the organizational management practices of a digital Arabic language course at Arabiyahtalks Academy, focusing on program management strategies and the division of tasks within its organizational structure. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through observations of the official Instagram account @arabiyahtalks, in-depth interviews with the director and program tutors, and supporting documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that Arabiyahtalks Academy implemented digital-based management by utilizing platforms such as Google Meet for instruction and Instagram (through feed content, microblogs, and carousels) for promotion and audience engagement. Learning evaluations were conducted using the Kahoot platform. The organizational structure included a clear division of tasks, such as formulating vision and goals, recruiting instructors, developing marketing strategies, and grouping classes based on learners’ proficiency levels. The digitalization of madrasahs constitutes a critical aspect of educational modernization, impacting various dimensions of institutional performance, particularly among educators and administrative staff. This study investigates the correlation between the implementation of digitalization in madrasahs and the performance of educators and education personnel at State Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) across Bandung Regency. Employing a descriptive quantitative design with a correlational approach, data were gathered through structured surveys and analyzed using Pearson’s correlation test. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive relationship between madrasah digitalization and staff performance (p = 0.005, p < 0.05), indicating that the integration of digital systems contributes meaningfully to improving the operational effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions, especially at the senior secondary level.
