Atribusi Optimistik dan Flow Experience dalam Menentukan Tingkat Kepuasan Hidup Mahasiswa

Saat ini, fenomena percobaan bunuh diri, depresi, dan kehilangan motivasi dikalangan mahasiswa menjadi indikator adanya ketidakpuasan mahasiswa terhadap hidup yang mereka jalani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan hidup mahasiswa dengan menjadikan atribusi optimistik dan flow experience sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sebanyak 210 mahasiswa program studi Psikologi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung menjadi responden melalui teknik convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berisi Skala Optimisme, Flow State Scale (FSS), dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa atribusi optimistik dan flow experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan hidup mahasiswa (sig.005 & sig.000 < .05) dengan nilai F = 102.659 (sig.000) dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 51.7% (R square .517).
