Abstract


Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri manufaktur di Indonesia menggunakan metode studi literatur. Dari tinjauan berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal, buku, dan artikel yang relevan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat dimensi budaya organisasi yang penting, yaitu nilai-nilai, norma-norma, kepercayaan, dan perilaku. Analisis hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi yang kuat dan kinerja karyawan, yang tercermin melalui peningkatan komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya praktik manajemen inklusif dan partisipatif, serta komunikasi yang efektif dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang kondusif. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan di sektor manufaktur Indonesia lebih memperhatikan aspek budaya organisasi dalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia mereka untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
