Abstract


Rekrutmen dan seleksi sumber daya manusia merupakan proses penting dalam pengelolaan organisasi. Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mempengaruhi cara perusahaan melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan teknologi informasi dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi sumber daya manusia melalui studi literatur. Beberapa teknologi yang dibahas dalam artikel ini meliputi sistem manajemen kandidat, media sosial, analitik data, dan kecerdasan buatan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi telah membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi bias, dan memperluas jangkauan pencarian kandidat. Namun, penggunaan teknologi ini juga menimbulkan tantangan, seperti masalah keamanan data dan kekhawatiran mengenai keadilan dalam proses seleksi. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan mengoptimalkan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi sumber daya manusia.
