KOMITMEN: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (JIM) is published by the Department of Management, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung. This journal publishes empirical research results in the field of Management science, including Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Strategic Management.
Published twice a year, in March and September. First published for Volume I Issue I in March 2020.
