Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Puskesmas dalam Mewujudkan Mutu Pelayanan Puskesmas

Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Puskesmas Karangmulya Karangpawitan Garut dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dan mutu pelayanan puskesmas. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), penelitian ini melibatkan 60 pasien sebagai responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kinerja, dan mutu pelayanan puskesmas berada pada kriteria baik. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan mutu pelayanan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar Kepala Puskesmas UPT Karangmulya memenuhi standar pelayanan dengan melengkapi fasilitas dan alat kesehatan. Selain itu, pegawai puskesmas perlu meningkatkan budaya organisasi untuk memberikan pelayanan prima sesuai dengan visi dan misi Puskesmas Karangmulya.
