Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts are required to be submitted by applying the online submission. Authors who use the system for the first time must register in advance in order to get an account and a password. Each author is expected to meet some standards and stipulations when preparing its manuscripts. Authors that have done the submission will face the first review by the chief of editor and simultaneously be forwarded to double-blind reviewers. Hence, prior to submit the complete manuscripts, please assure that all of the personal information (author's name, institution, email address) should be excluded from the manuscript.

A. Research Article

A research article is based on genuine and empirical research that employs reliable academic methodology. It welcomes article which uses quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. A research article has the following parts

  • Title: The title should consist of a maximum of 20 words.
  • Abstract: An abstract should be around 100“ 200 words. Present a brief summary of the research question that will be addressed, the method employed, a summary of results and discussion, and conclusions drawn.
  • Keywords: Keyword one, keyword two, etc. (written in Indonesian 3-7 words)
  • Introduction: A concise introduction will often insert a review of the existing literature on the topic studied, and explain the basis of the author study.  This part also illustrates the significance of this study to the existing academic literature.
  • Literature Review (Opsional): If it is not possible to explain the literature review in the introduction, you are given the opportunity to add a sub-chapter on the literature review. 
  • Research Methods: This part outlines the methodology on how to collect the data whether it is quantitative, qualitative or the combination of both.
  • Result and Discussion: This part consists of the research results and how they are discussed. The results obtained from the research have to be supported by sufficient data.  The research results and the discovery must be the answers, or the research hypothesis stated previously in the introduction part. The following components should be covered in the discussion: How do your results relate to the original question or objectives outlined in the Introduction section (what/how)? Do you provide interpretation scientifically for each of your results or findings presented (why)? Are your results consistent with what other investigators have reported (what else)? Or are there any differences?
  • Conclusion: The author should provide the conclusion by briefly restating the result so that answering the research question. The author is also required to discuss the implications of the research findings.
  • Bibliography. Reference writing is in accordance with the APA Style model 7 th. In the contents of the writing, the author's name is written along with the year of writing. In the Bibliography section, writing is ordered in alphabetical order and it is recommended to use reference applications such as Mendeley, Zotero, End Note, etc.  Reference 80% minimum and maximum in the last 10 years.

All references must be complete and accurate.

For references, authors are advised to use the APA Style (7th ed).

Page numbering should be at the bottom center of each page.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of the content of their paper and shall avoid plagiarism at all time. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in rejection.
