Manajemen Imarah Masjid Djauharotul Imamah Kabupaten Pati Dalam Mengelola Kegiatan Jamaah
Abstract
Mosques play a strategic role not only as places of worship, but also as centers of education, social activities, and community empowerment. This study aims to describe the implementation of imarah management at the Djauharotul Imamah Mosque in Pati in managing congregational activities. The focus includes the management of mosque activities, strategies for managing activities, and factors that support and hinder the implementation of management. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the administrators apply the principles of zero management, emphasizing management without personal interests and dependence on external capital, as well as strategies that involve active communication, mapping the needs of the congregation, and inclusive services. Supporting factors include adequate facilities, congregational involvement, and community support, while limited human resources and congregational busyness are obstacles. The implementation of this imarah management has succeeded in creating an active congregation, an independent mosque, and a comfortable and productive atmosphere for worship and learning.
