Struktur Manajerial dan Prinsip Manajemen Qurani dalam Al-Qur’an

Studies on dakwah management have largely adopted modern management theories normatively, without conceptual reconstruction drawn directly from the Qur'an. This study reconstructs a Qur'anic-based dakwah management model through thematic analysis of QS. Al-Baqarah verses 30–39. Employing a qualitative library research approach with the maudhu'i (thematic) exegetical method, the findings reveal that these verses contain a systematic management structure: vision planning of vicegerency (verse 30), knowledge-based capacity building (verses 31–32), leadership legitimacy through competence (verses 33–34), ethical control (verse 35), repentance-based evaluation and correction (verses 36–37), and implementation of the khalifah mission (verses 38–39). This study formulates a cyclical-educative Qur'anic dakwah management model that places human development at the center of transformation. The model produces an integrative approach encompassing spiritual, pedagogical, and managerial dimensions, while offering a theoretical contribution toward a revelation-based dakwah management paradigm that is human-centered and value-oriented.
