Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

Articles published in this AKSY journal, if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Articles discussing studies related to the study of Accounting Sciences and Sharia Business;
  2. Articles submitted are not the result of plagiarism, have never been and are not in the process of being published;
  3. Articles can be written in Indonesian, Arabic or English;
  4. Articles are typed in the Microsoft Word program, Palatino Linotype fonts, 12 pts in size, 1.5 spaces, printed on A4 paper with a discussion of 15-20 pages;
  5. Articles are sent in hard copy and soft copy to the secretariat of the AKSY Department and email:
  6. Systematics of the manuscript's identity includes the title, author's name, position, institution and full address of the researcher, the correspondence address includes telephone or cellphone numbers that can be contacted and e-mail, complete with 1 paragraph abstract (no more than 150 words) and keywords (3 -6 words). If the text is based on empirical research, it must consist of objectives, methods, discussions, findings, and conclusions. Whereas if the discussion of the article is based on theoretical studies, it must consist of a focus of study, theoretical framework, analysis, new theories, and conclusions;
  7. Referrals are written in the form of footnotes;
  8. Equipped with a bibliography, Arabic to Latin writing (transileration), presentation of tables, photo and graphic images following the applicable guidelines in the AKSY Journal.


Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
