Abstrak
Kewajiban sertifikasi halal produk makanan dan minuman yang berlaku mulai 2024 membuat pelaku usaha harus mempersiapkan diri mendaftarkan produknya. Permasalahan mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan sumberdaya dalam persiapan sertifikasi halal. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mendaftarkan sertifikat halal produk olahan ikan berupa pempek ikan tenggiri dan tuna springroll. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) transfer teknologi, 2) penyusunan manual SJPH, 3) pelatihan penyelia halal internal, 4) bimbingan teknis, 5) perbaikan sarana produksi, 6) pendampingan implementasi sistem jaminan halal serta 7) pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi halal melalui jalur self declare. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah manual Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal (SJPH), penunjukkan penyelia halal internal yang telah memiliki sertifikat pelatihan oleh pimpinan mitra, penguasaan mekanisasi peralatan giling ikan dan kemasan vacuum khusus produk basah. Mitra telah berhasil mendapatkan sertifikasi halal dengan nomor ID33110000437550622) yang berlaku mulai tanggal  29 September 2022 sampai 29 september 2026.

Abstract
Businesses must get ready to register their products before the 2024 implementation of the requirement to certify halal food and beverage products. The major issue for micro and small business owners is a lack of expertise and human resources when preparing for halal certification. This community service's main objective is to register a halal certificate for tuna springrolls and savoury fishcakes made with mackerel from a small-micro enterprise. Methods used consisted of 7 steps. First step is the transfer of technology. Second step is preparation for manual of halal product guarantee. Next is internal halal supervisor training. After that is technical guidance following by registering halal certification through self-declare system. This service results in the creation of the manual of halal assurance system, the appointment of an internal halal supervisor with a training certificate from the leader of business owner, the mastery of automated fish grinders, and the usage of vacuum packaging for wet goods. Partners have acquired halal certification (ID33110000437550622), valid from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2026.
