Abstrak
Pandemi Covid 19 serta disrupsi teknologi berdampak pada penurunan penjualan UMKM bakpia 05. Hal ini karena UMKM Bakpia 05 belum mengadaptasi teknologi dalam operasional usahanya. Selain itu, kenaikan harga bahan baku membuat laba penjualan bakpia 05 menurun karena pelaku usaha tidak mengetahui biaya yang harus dikurangi dan harga pokok penjualan yang sebenarnya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai digitalisasi pemasaran dan pencatatan keuangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni dengan ceramah dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Pengabdi melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada mitra dalam penggunaan teknologi yakni media sosial serta marketplace. Selain itu, Pengabdi juga melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pencatatan keuangan sehingga pemilik usaha dapat mengetahui harga jual produk. Hasil pengabdian ini, UMKM bakpia 05 saat ini sudah memiliki akun marketplace dan media sosial yang dikelola sendiri oleh pemilik usaha. Pemilik dan karyawan UMKM mampu mengoperasikan akun marketplace milik UMKM dengan baik. Selain itu, pemilik UMKM mampu untuk melakukan pencatatan dan perhitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan.
Abstract
The pandemic Covid 19 and technological disruption have resulted in a decrease in Bakpia 05 MSME sales. This is because Bakpia 05 UMKM has not adapted technology in its business operations. In addition, the increase in raw material prices has resulted in a decrease in profit from selling bakpia 05 because business owners do not know the costs that must be reduced, and the actual cost of goods sold. This service aims to solve these problems by providing training and assistance regarding digitizing marketing and financial records to improve MSME performance. The method of implementing community service is by lecturing and mentoring partners. Servants conduct training and assistance to partners in the use of technology, namely social media and marketplaces. In addition, training and financial recording assistance is conducted so that business owners can find out the selling price of products. As a result of this service, Bakpia 05 UMKM currently has a marketplace account and social media account that is managed by the business owner. MSME owners and employees can operate MSMEs' marketplace accounts properly. In addition, MSME owners can record and calculate Cost of Goods Sold.
