Dinamika Pendampingan BLK Komunitas: Mengurai Faktor Keberhasilan Dan Hambatan

Abstrak Pendampingan BLK-Komunitas Wilayah III UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto sebagai inkubator kewirausahaan merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan kewirausahaan. Sebagai pusat pelatihan berbasis komunitas, BLKK memiliki potensi besar untuk mencetak wirausahawan yang kompeten, namun sering kali menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, akses pasar, dan koordinasi antarlembaga. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan pasar, memanfaatkan teknologi digital, dan memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor. Dengan strategi ini, BLKK dapat menjadi katalisator pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pendampingan BLKK dalam upaya transformasi menjadi inkubator kewirausahaan yang efektif. Metodologi pengabdian yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development), yang fokus pada pemberdayaan sumber daya lokal yang sudah ada untuk mengatasi tantangan sosial dan ekonomi di masyarakat. Hasil dalam pengabdian ini yaitu: program ini menghadapi dualitas berupa faktor keberhasilan seperti pendekatan berbasis komunitas dan pesantren, kurikulum pendampingan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, kolaborasi lintas sektor, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan dan pendampingan personal. Namun, di sisi lain, terdapat sejumlah faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, minimnya akses pasar, hambatan sosial dan budaya, kurangnya koordinasi antarlembaga, serta keterbatasan kapasitas SDM pengelola. Tantangan ini memerlukan pendekatan berbasis solusi yang integratif untuk memastikan keberhasilan program. Abstract Assistance for BLK-Community Region III UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto as an entrepreneurship incubator is a strategic step to increase community economic empowerment through entrepreneurship development. As a community-based training center, BLKK has great potential to produce competent entrepreneurs, but often faces challenges such as limited resources, market access, and coordination between institutions. This assistance aims to overcome these obstacles by providing training based on market needs, utilizing digital technology, and strengthening cross-sector collaboration. With this strategy, BLKK can become a catalyst for sustainable local economic growth. This research aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of BLKK assistance in its transformation efforts into an effective entrepreneurial incubator. The service methodology used in this service is the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method, which focuses on empowering existing local resources to overcome social and economic challenges in the community. The results of this research are: this program faces duality in the form of success factors such as a community and Islamic boarding school-based approach, mentoring curriculum that is relevant to market needs, use of digital technology, cross-sector collaboration, as well as continuous evaluation and personal mentoring. However, on the other hand, there are a number of inhibiting factors such as limited resources, lack of market access, social and cultural barriers, lack of coordination between institutions, and limited management human resource capacity. These challenges require an integrative, solutions-based approach to ensure program success.References
