Ketertiban sosial merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak, terutama dalam lingkungan desa yang masih memiliki tantangan dalam penerapan norma sosial. Program Penguatan Tertib Sosial bagi Anak-Anak Desa Dayeuhkolot melalui Rekayasa Pengendalian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran akan pentingnya disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kebersihan lingkungan melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi pendampingan literasi melalui mobil baca, pelatihan kebiasaan hidup bersih, pembelajaran pengelolaan waktu, serta berbagai kegiatan kreatif seperti lomba menggambar dan merangkai kata. Hasil program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran anak-anak terhadap pentingnya membaca, peningkatan disiplin dalam menjaga kebersihan dan ketertiban, serta berkembangnya kreativitas dan kemampuan berbahasa. Program ini berhasil mendorong perubahan perilaku sosial yang positif, dengan anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap norma sosial yang diajarkan. Keberlanjutan program ini direkomendasikan melalui evaluasi berkala, pembentukan relawan literasi, serta kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak guna memperkuat dampak program dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Social order is a crucial aspect of children's character development, especially in rural areas where enforcing social norms remains a challenge. The Social Order Strengthening Program for Children in Dayeuhkolot Village through Control Engineering aims to instill awareness of the importance of discipline, responsibility, and environmental cleanliness through educational and participatory approaches. The methods used in this program include literacy mentoring through a mobile library, training in hygiene habits, time management learning, and various creative activities such as drawing and word arrangement competitions. The results indicate an increased awareness among children regarding the importance of reading, improved discipline in maintaining cleanliness and order, and the development of creativity and language skills. This program successfully fostered positive social behavioral changes, with children showing greater compliance with social norms. The sustainability of this program is recommended through regular evaluations, the formation of literacy volunteers, and collaborations with various stakeholders to strengthen its long-term impact.
