Al-Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Peradilan Islam is an peer review journal journal published by the Family Law Studi Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung in collaboration with the ADHKI. Al-Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Peradilan Islam was first published in 2020 in printed version and available online since 2020. The scope of this journal prioritizes research in the field of islamic family law and other related fields but is not limited to these areas, such as: Islamic Family Law, Islamic Civil Law, Islam and Gender Discourse, Legal Drafting of Islamic Civil Law, Islah, Mediation and Alternative dispute Resolution, and other related fields. Al-Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Peradilan Islam has been accredited by ARJUNA in 1st Grade (SINTA 4) based on Decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023 (see Certificate).
