Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti fenomena bilingualisme di Pondok Pesantren Daar El-Huda, yang terletak di desa Sukabakti, terbagi antara kecamatan Curug dan Sukabakti. Dengan hanya tiga lembaga keterampilan bahasa di daerah tersebut, banyak wali murid memilih pesantren modern dengan program bahasa asing. Pesantren ini menekankan penggunaan bahasa Arab, namun santri sering mencampur bahasa Arab, Sunda Banten, dan Indonesia dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik simak-catat untuk mengumpulkan data percakapan santri. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa campur kode sering terjadi dalam bentuk penyisipan dan leksikalisasi kongruen, dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya, kebijakan pesantren, dan tujuan komunikasi.
