STRATEGI MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM BERBASIS LIFE SKILL DI SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill, yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan jenis-jenis life skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Purworejo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala bagian Kurikulum, Tim Kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, dan guru sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif melalui tiga langkah yaitu, reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo adalah baik, dilakukan dengan membuat tujuan jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang. Pengorganisasian kurikulum berbasis life skill dilakukan melalui adanya surat keputusan mengajar bagi para guru, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan dilakukan secara baik dengan adanya praktik life skill yang meliputi kecakapan personal, kecakapan komunikasi, kecakapan akademik, dan kecakapan vokasional. Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui tahap penilaian sikap, penilaian pengetahuan, dan penilaian keterampilan.References
