REKONSTRUKSI SADAR GENDER: MENGURAI MASALAH BEBAN GANDA (DUBLE BULDER) WANITA KARIER DI INDONESIA

Abstract
Akses publik bagi kaum wanita untuk mewujudkan partisipasi dan eksistensi diri, merupakan angin segar di tengah belenggu ideologi patriarki yang kiat mengendur. Pemahaman atas sandar gender dari kaum laki-laki pun semakin dikagumi. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan partisipasi tersebut, yang melahirkan generasi wanita karier, turut melahirkan permasalahn baru yaitu munculnya peran ganda bagi wanita yang kemudian membentuk beban ganda (duble bulder), di mana, di samping sebagai wanita karier ia juga harus tetap memperhatikan atau bertanggungjawab atas tatanan atau pekerjaan dalam rumah tangganya. Oleh karena itu, kontruksi akses publik bagi kaum wanita yang semula dipahami sebagai sadar gender ternyata mengandung dan melahirkan bias gender di sisi yang lain. Studi analisis dalam tulisan ini berusaha untuk memetakan konstruksi wanita karier yang dipahami sebagai sadar gender, yang kemudian melahirkan bias gender dengan munculnya beban ganda (duble bulder), sehingga diperlukan paradigma dekonstruksi atas permasalahan tersebut, yang pada akhirnya kemudian membangun paradigma rekonstruksi sadar gender. Upaya membagun paradigma rekonstruksi sadar gender tersebut, melahirkan dua solusi dalam mengurai masalah beban danda (duble bulder) wanita karier yaitu, pertama, melalui proses domistifikasi laki-laki dan kedua, affirmative action perempuan, sehingga budaya ketergantungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan menjadi satu kesatuan dalam suatu hubungan atau relasi gender yang harmonis.
