Pengaruh Self-Compassion Terhadap Suicidal Ideation Pada Remaja Dengan Perceived Social Support Sebagai Variabel Moderator

Tinggi angka kasus bunuh diri di Indonesia mencapai 9.000 kasus setiap tahunnya. Mirisnya angka bunuh diri tertinggi di Indonesia berada pada usia remaja. Hal ini membuat peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti apa saja yang dapat medorong seseorang memiliki ide melakukan bunuh diri, khususnya pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana perceived social support dapat memoderasi pengaruh dari Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Moderate Regression Analysis yang dibantu dengan Uji PROCESS by Hayes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden remaja dari rentang usia 15 hingga 20 tahun. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online dengan bantuan Google Form. Hasil yang ditemukan ialah bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja. Lalu, ditemukan juga bahwa perceived social support tidak dapat memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, Self-compassion berpengaruh terhadap suicidal ideation tetapi perceived social support tidak dapat memoderatori pengaruh dari Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja.
