Abstract


Kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi fokus utama dalam pengelolaan organisasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik komitmen organisasional maupun kinerja karyawan terpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif oleh kepemimpinan transformasional. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa perusahaan harus fokus pada pentingnya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang positif dan produktif.
