Abstract


Kinerja tim kerja adalah aspek penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tim kerja melalui kajian teoritis dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada data sekunder dari studi literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi yang efektif, kepemimpinan yang baik, dan kepercayaan antar anggota tim memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tim kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini dalam membangun tim kerja yang efektif.
