Special Hajj Travel Document Management System

This research aims to find out the process of receiving special Hajj documents, the process of preparing special Hajj documents, the process of storing special Hajj documents, the process of maintaining special Hajj documents, the process of using special Hajj documents and the process of presenting Hajj documents at the West Java Ministry of Religion Office. This research uses a constructivist paradigm, while the approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. As a result of this research, researchers found that the process of receiving and presenting data on special Hajj travel documents was managed very well. The findings from this research reveal three main findings in the management of special Hajj travel documents at the West Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion.
