FOCUS AND SCOPE

MABRUR: JOURNAL OF HAJJ AND UMRA is a publicly accessible journal published by the department of Hajj and Umra Management, Faculty of Da’wah and Communication, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, in collaboration with the Association of Hajj and Umrah Management Experts (PAMHU). The journal is published twice a year, in March and September. It contains research findings (fieldwork or literature studies), theoretical reviews, and critical analyses covering the following areas of study:

• Management Aspects: covering studies on administration, the management of Hajj guidance (manasik), issues and challenges, religious tourism travel agencies, Hajj officers, Hajj Guidance Groups (KBIHU), and the organization of Hajj and Umrah.
• Information Technology Aspects: covering studies on the management of the Hajj Application System in the implementation of Hajj and Umrah.
• Financial Management Aspects of Hajj and Umrah: covering studies in economics, regulations and business law, business planning, and risk management in the implementation of Hajj and Umra.
