Analisis Penerimaan Teknologi Website Lentera Mabrur pada Sertifikasi Pembimbing Ibadah Haji dan Umrah

Transformasi digital pada sertifikasi pembimbing haji dan umrah di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung diimplementasikan melalui LMS Lentera Mabrur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use (PEOU) dan perceived risk (PR) terhadap acceptance of technology (AoT) pada website tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survey dengan 90 responden. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat lunak JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, PEOU berkontribusi sebesar 13,8% (t= 4,21) dan PR sebesar 29,8% (t= 6,196) terhadap AoT. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dan mampu menjelaskan 76,5% variasi penerimaan teknologi, sementara 23,5% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara kemudahan sistem dan mitigasi risiko yang dirasakan peserta menjadi kunci keberhasilan digitalisasi layanan keagamaan dalam membentuk SDM pembimbing yang profesional serta adaptif teknologi.
