Implikasi Qira’at pada Penafsiran QS Al-Baqarah ayat 233 dan 236 dalam Tafsir Al-Jami’ Li Ahkam Al-Qur’an Al-Qurtubi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implikasi qira‘at dalam penafsiran Al-Qur’an, khususnya pada Tafsir Al-Jami’ Li Ahkam Al-Qur’an karya Al-Qurtubi. Fokus kajian ini terletak pada dua ayat dalam QS Al-Baqarah, yaitu ayat 233 dan 236, yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa varian qira‘at. Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana qira‘at syaz dan qira‘at sahihah mempengaruhi penafsiran ayat-ayat tersebut, serta bagaimana Al-Qurtubi memanfaatkannya dalam tafsirnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan qira‘at memberikan nuansa yang berbeda dalam penafsiran hukum, khususnya terkait isu pemberian nafkah dan masa iddah. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pemahaman terhadap qira‘at dalam studi tafsir.Referensi
