This study aims to analyze the implementation of da’wah management functions in shaping the Islamic character of students at Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of da’wah management functions has been carried out systematically through planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Islamic character formation is conducted through habituation of worship, role modeling, Qur’an memorization, classical Islamic studies, and social development activities. Supporting factors include innovative da’wah programs, participatory leadership, a religious boarding school environment, sustainable evaluation systems, and cooperation between the pesantren and families. Meanwhile, the obstacles include differences in students’ backgrounds and personalities that require different mentoring approaches. Therefore, structured and consistent da’wah management plays an important role in shaping students’ Islamic character.
