This research aims to determine the da'wah management implemented by BKM Ar-Ridha in increasing the religious understanding of its congregation. Amid declining congregational participation at urban mosques in Indonesia, this study models effective and sustainable da'wah management practices. A qualitative approach with a single case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Analysis followed Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive model, with validity ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that BKM Ar-Ridha has implemented POAC management functions in a structured manner. Planning encompasses religious holiday activities (PHBI), Al-Qur'an Education Centers (TPA), and orphan welfare programs. Organizing features a clear division of tasks with active involvement of mosque youth as cadres. Implementation runs routinely with active congregational participation, while evaluation is conducted through periodic internal deliberations. Systematic da'wah management effectively increases congregational participation and strengthens the mosque's role as a center for religious and social guidance. This research serves as a practical reference for mosque administrators in designing more effective and sustainable programs.
