This study aims to examine Aisyiyah's da'wah strategy in shaping the character of progressive Muslim women in the modern era at the Percut Sei Tuan Branch. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of administrators and members actively involved in the organization. The results show that the da'wah strategy implemented includes religious study and education activities, the use of digital media such as WhatsApp and Instagram, economic empowerment through business training, and strengthening social networks among members. The implementation of this strategy is carried out systematically through routine programs, division of tasks, and organizational deliberations. The research findings also indicate that the strategy implemented is quite effective in shaping the character of progressive Muslim women, as reflected in increased self-confidence, independence, and active participation of members in various social and religious activities. However, there are obstacles in the form of limited time for members, most of whom are busy with work, but this can be overcome through coordination and regular evaluation. Thus, Aisyiyah's da'wah strategy is considered to contribute significantly to shaping the character of progressive Muslim women in the modern era.
