This study aims to analyze the role of da’wah event management in the organization of the Idul Khotmi of the Tijaniyah Order in Jatibarang, Brebes in 2024, and its impact on improving the religious attitude of participants. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The analysis uses Goldblatt’s event management framework, consisting of research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation stages. The findings show that the research stage, based on the 5W (why, who, when, where, what) approach, strengthens the historical, social, and technical foundations of the event. The design stage constructs a structured religious experience that contributes to strengthening faith (aqidah), worship practices (ibadah), and moral conduct (akhlaq). The planning stage demonstrates effective resource management through the implementation of a digital registration system and community-based participation, although adaptive responses were required for elderly participants who were still well accommodated. Centralized coordination under the leadership of Abuya ensured orderly execution, while the evaluation indicates strong socio-spiritual success with minor operational challenges. The study concludes that da’wah event management serves as a strategic instrument in transforming large-scale religious gatherings into profound spiritual experiences that collectively enhance participants’ religiosity.
