The Al Akbar Mosque in Surabaya is one of the largest mosques in Indonesia, serving not only as a place of worship but also as a center for social activities, education, and community development. This article aims to examine the dynamics of organizational leadership in mosque management from the perspective of the younger generation. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using literature as the primary source, supported by limited interviews with young volunteers active in mosque activities. The results indicate that leadership patterns at the Al Akbar Mosque in Surabaya tend to involve collaboration between administrators and the younger generation in implementing program activities. This leadership dynamic is evident in the division of tasks, program development, and the application of the values of trustworthiness, transparency, and service to the congregation. Mosque management also demonstrates a blend of modern management principles with Islamic values such as deliberation and Islamic brotherhood.
