Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis program yang telah dijalankan oleh P3A Kab.Tasikmalaya dalam konteks pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak, mendeskripsikan secara rinci bagaimana program pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak yang dilakukan oleh P3A Kab.Tasikmalaya dan mengetahui keberhasilan P3A Kab.Tasikmalaya dalam memberdayakan perempuan dan anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak ada beberapa program, yaitu : PEKKA (Pemberdayaan PerempuanKepala Keluarga dan KLA (Kabupaten Layak Anak). Hasil dari program tersebut yakni memiliki penghasilan tambahan, kemampuan berfikir kritis, memiliki keterampilan lain, dapat mengemukakan aspirasi mereka sebagai seorang perempuan dan anak.

This research aims to identify and analyze programs that has been implemented by P3A Tasikmalaya District in the context of empowering women and children, describes in detail how the women and children empowerment program is carried out by P3A Tasikmalaya District and knows the success of P3A Tasikmalaya District in empowering women and children. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. In an effort to empower women and children, there are several programs, namely: PEKKA (Empowerment of Women Heads of Families and KLA (Child Friendly Districts). The results of these programs are having additional income, the ability to think critically, having other skills, being able to express their aspirations as a woman and child.
