Program Keterampilan Remaja Penyandang Disabilitas Melalui Kegiatan Kewirausahaan Di Sekolah Khusus Negeri 01 Kota Cilegon

Remaja penyandang disabilitas masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengakses pendidikan dan pelatihan keterampilan yang mendukung kemandirian, terutama aspek ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pelaksanaan program keterampilan di Sekolah Khusus Negeri 01 Kota Cilegon, menganalisis peran guru, dan manfaat kegiatan kewirausahaan bagi siswa disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sekolah berhasil melaksanakan program keterampilan seperti tata boga, membatik, kreasi barang bekas, dan meronce mute. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitatif, edukatif, representasi, dan teknis. Faktor pendukung meliputi semangat instruktur, antusiasme siswa, dan dukungan orang tua, sedangkan hambatannya adalah perbedaan daya serap anak, keterbatasan anggaran, tenaga pendidik, fasilitas, dan pemasaran produk.
