Revenue Sources Policy

KUBIK: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiah Matematika is published and financially supported by the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia. In addition to institutional support, the journal receives revenue from Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors.

These financial resources are used to support the journal's operational activities and ensure the sustainability and quality of its scholarly publishing services, including:

  1. Editorial Management: Supporting manuscript administration, editorial coordination, and journal management.

  2. Peer Review Process: Facilitating the evaluation of submitted manuscripts by qualified reviewers.

  3. Editing and Production: Supporting copyediting, proofreading, formatting, and publication preparation.

  4. Journal Publishing and Maintenance: Maintaining the journal's online publishing platform and ensuring its accessibility.

  5. Digital Archiving: Supporting the management and preservation of published scholarly content.

  6. Open Access Publishing: Ensuring immediate and free access to published articles without subscription barriers.

Financial Transparency and Editorial Independence

KUBIK is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and editorial independence in its financial management.

The payment of publication fees does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication. All editorial decisions are made independently based on scientific merit, originality, methodological rigor, peer review evaluations, and compliance with the journal's publication standards.

Information regarding publication fees, payment procedures, and refund conditions is provided in the journal's Author Fees policy.

In accordance with the journal's refund policy, all fees paid by authors will be fully refunded (100%) if a manuscript receives an official Decline Submission decision from the editorial team, including after peer review. However, fees paid by authors are non-refundable in cases of author-initiated manuscript withdrawal.
