Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Structure of the Manuscripts

  1. Title – The title should be concise, clear, and informative, not exceeding 12 words. It should reflect the core issues discussed and avoid uncommon abbreviations. The main ideas should be stated first, followed by explanations.
  2. Author’s Names and Institutions – Authors should provide full names, institutional affiliations, institutional addresses, and email addresses, without academic or job titles.
  3. Abstract – The abstract should be written in English, structured in one paragraph, and include the background, objective, research methods, results, conclusion, and 3-5 keywords.
  4. Introduction – The introduction should concisely provide background information, a literature review (state of the art), the main research problems, and the research method. The final part of the introduction must clearly state the purpose of the study.
  5. Research Problem Statement (Optional) – If additional statements about the research problem are required and cannot be fully covered in the Introduction, authors may create a separate Research Problem Statement section.
  6. Research Method – This section should provide detailed information so that the research can be replicated. It must include technical details, materials, equipment specifications, study approaches, and data analysis methods.
  7. Results and Discussion – This section presents the research results and their scientific interpretation. The findings must be supported by sufficient data and directly answer the research hypothesis or objectives stated in the Introduction. The discussion should address: How the results relate to the original research question or objectives (what/how), A scientific interpretation of the findings (why), and a comparison with previous research (what else?) and any notable differences.
  8. Conclusion – The conclusion should clearly answer the research objectives and highlight key findings. It should not merely repeat the results and discussion but also provide insights for future research.
  9. Bibliography – The references should include only sources cited in the article. Authors must use Mendeley Reference Manager and follow the APA citation style. At least 80% of the sources should be journal articles, conference proceedings, or research papers published within the last 10 years
  10. Optional Section - Competing Interests (if applicable), Data Availability (if applicable), Disclaimer (if applicable), Funding Information (if applicable), Ethical Considerations (if applicable)
