About the Journal

Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dan Kebahasaaraban is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research articles and scholarly reviews in the fields of Arabic language education, Arabic linguistics, literature, and Arabic pedagogy. The Journal is dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary studies related to the teaching and learning of Arabic as a foreign or second language, particularly within Islamic educational institutions, schools, universities, and broader sociocultural contexts. By emphasizing both theoretical and practical dimensions of Arabic education, Ta'lim al-'Arabiyyah seeks to contribute to the development of Arabic language teaching methodologies and the enrichment of Arabic studies in Indonesia and the global academic community. The Journal welcomes contributions from scholars, researchers, teachers, and practitioners worldwide, especially those engaged in innovative research on Arabic language instruction and linguistic studies.

The Arabic Education Department was published by the Faculty of Tarbiya and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Gunung Djati in partnership with IMLA (Ittihadul Mudarrisii al Lughah al 'Arabiyyah). Editors welcome scholars, researchers, and practitioners of Arabic education worldwide to submit scholarly articles to be published in this Journal. Experts will review all articles before being accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.

The Journal has been ACCREDITED (SINTA 2) as a scientific journal under the decree of the Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, & Teknologi, Kemendikbudristek, Indonesia, dated 15 May 2024, the Decree No. 72/E/KPT/2024, and effective until Vol 11 No 2 2027.

In this edition, Ta’lim al-'Arabiyyah: Journal of Arabic Language Education and Linguistics publishes 10 articles in this edition, which are the work of 37 researchers. They consist of students, Arabic language teachers, teachers in Islamic boarding schools, senior lecturers, and academic researchers from 8 countries of origin (United Kingdom, Morocco, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Brunei Darussalam, Thailand Malaysia, and Indonesia).
