    ADLIYA (p-ISSN 1978 8312; e ISSN 2657 2125) is a double blind, peer-reviewed journal published semiannually by the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The journal synthesizes theoretical and positive law with contemporary humanitarian issues, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue across local, national, regional, and global contexts. Its mission is to examine the evolving role of law in addressing modern societal challenges, ranging from constitutional and criminal law to civil, international, and environmental law, while prioritizing human rights and socio-legal realities. By balancing doctrinal analysis with empirical investigation, ADLIYA aims to advance legal reform and social justice both within Indonesia's socio-cultural landscape and in broader global discourses.

    How to Join
    Prospective Editors and Reviewers may choose one of the following methods to submit their application:
    1. Online form: Complete the application at https://forms.gle/iWUTs5gUNh6YpEFn8. Provide your personal details, areas of expertise, and relevant experience.
    2. Email: Send your curriculum vitae and a brief statement of interest specifying whether you wish to serve as an Editor or Reviewer to jurnaladliya@uinsgd.ac.id.
    3. WhatsApp: Submit your CV and a short introduction via WhatsApp to the journal's administrator at +62 851 8300 1893. Clearly indicate the role you are applying for and highlight your expertise.

    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. ADLIYA welcomes scholars from diverse backgrounds and regions who share our commitment to advancing legal scholarship that prioritizes humanity, inclusivity, and global solidarity.

    We hereby inform all contributors, reviewers, and readers that commencing in the year 2025, the journal will implement a revised publication schedule. In line with efforts to enhance the efficiency and consistency of our editorial and publication processes, the journal will be published twice annually, specifically in the months of June and December.

    In light of this transition, we are temporarily closing new submissions to allow our editorial team to focus on reviewing and processing the manuscripts that have already been submitted. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this period.
