ADLIYA: Jurnal Hukum dan Kemanusiaan

ADLIYA: Jurnal Hukum dan Kemanusiaan is a periodical scientific journal published by Faculty of Sharia and Law of The UIN Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic in collaboration with Indonesia Sharia Scholars Association (Asosiasi Sarjana Syariah Indonesia/ASSYI) and Indonesian Sharia Lawyer Association (Asosiasi Pengacara Syariah Indonesia/APSI), Association of Islamic Economic law Lecturers and Program Study (Perkumpulan Program Studi dan Dosen Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (POSDHESI)).

This journal specifically examines the science of law and humanity and obtains to present various results of current and eminence scientific research. The administrators receive articles as contributions law and humanity disciplines from scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers to be published and disseminated. The Journal is published twice a year (June and December) by Faculty of Shariah and Law, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University Bandung. Since the beginning of 2021 Adliya: Jurnal Hukum dan Kemanusiaan will be published on (March and September).

ADLIYA: Jurnal Hukum dan Kemanusiaan has been accredited by The Ministry of Education and Culture, Republic of Indonesia as an academic journal in Sinta 5 (SK Diirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kemristekdikti (No. 28/E/KPT/2019) valid for 5 years from Volume 12 No. 1 Tahun 2018 until Volume 16 No. 1 Tahun 2022. Since the beginning of Volume 15 No. 2 2021 until Volume 20 No. 2026 Adliya: Jurnal Hukum dan Kemanusiaan has been accredited in Sinta 2 (SK Diirjen Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset dan Teknologi No: 1429/E5.3/HM.01.01/2022).
