Abstract
This study aims to find the right strategy to optimize human resources (HR) in the creative industries in Indonesia, as one of the important aspects in facing business competition in the industrial revolution era 4.0. Using qualitative research methods with questionnaires and document studies as data collection techniques. The data were analyzed through several stages, including data collection, selecting data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. Some strategies to optimize the developÂment of Human Resources (HR) creative industries in Indonesia, namely, 1) Improving the quality and quantity of educational institutions and creative industry training 2) increasing the capacity and ability of the creative industry workÂforce.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi yang tepat dalam upaya optimalisasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada industri kreatif di Indonesia, sebagai salah satu aspek penting dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket (kuesioner) dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalu beberapa tahap, diantaranya pengumpulan data, menyeÂleksi data, menampilkan data, dan mengambil kesimpulan. Beberapa strategi untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) industri kreatif di Indonesia yaitu, 1) Meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan industri kreatif 2) meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan tenaga kerja industri kreatif.
