PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM TERHADAP KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL SISWA

Abstract


This article discusses the effect of character education management on Islamic religious education teachers on the spiritual intelligence of students in Sindangkasih II state elementary school, Majalengka. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic religious education teacher character education management on students' spiritual intelligence in class VB students of Sindangkasih II State Elementary School. This research is a type of Ex post Facto research with a Likert Scale Questionnaire design. The population in this study was one group, namely class V B with 25 students as research subjects determined through Total Sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing Questionnaires for Management of PAI Teacher Character Education and Student Spiritual Intelligence. The instrument of this research was filling out a questionnaire using a Likert Scale with four alternative answers, always (SL), often (SR), sometimes (KD), rarely (JR), never (TP). Test the validity of the instrument in consultation with experts (Expert Judgment). The data analysis technique used is the data analysis test technique showing (1) there is still a lack of management of PAI teacher character education which is not significant in class V B, (2) there is still a lack of spiritual intelligence of students in Class VB Sindangkasih II Elementary School Majalengka, (3) the influence PAI teacher character education management on students' spiritual intelligence based on the Correlation Test is 0.343 which is classified as insufficient. Thus it can be concluded that character education management has no effect on the spiritual intelligence of students at Sindangkasih II Majalengka State Elementary School.
