Licensing and Open Access Policy
In order to maximize the dissemination of scientific knowledge and promote global academic collaboration, this journal operates under an Open Access publishing model. Upon publication, all articles are immediately and permanently available online for anyone to read, download, distribute, and build upon without financial or technical barriers.
The core principles of our licensing framework include:
- Open Distribution: The public is granted the right to share, reuse, and adapt the published material in any medium, provided that the original authorship and the journal as the primary source of publication are properly and explicitly credited.
- Intellectual Property: Authors retain the ownership of the copyright for their work. By submitting their manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, archive, index, and distribute the article globally.
- Integrity of Reuse: Any derivative work or redistribution must not imply endorsement by the authors or the journal, and any modifications made to the original text must be clearly indicated by the reuse party.
