Jurnal Kawasan Sejarah is a peer-reviewed journal published by The Department of History of Islamic Civilization UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The journal covers topics on regional historical studies are dedicated to the exploration and analysis of specific geographic areas, emphasizing the intricate interplay of historical events, cultural developments, social transformations, and economic dynamics within defined regions. The primary focus of regional historical studies is to unearth the unique narratives and contextual nuances that shape the historical identity of a particular locale. This approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of the forces and factors that have contributed to the evolution of societies in a given region and is published twice a year in an edition of January - June, and July - December.
