Abstract


Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dalam evaluasi kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi. BSC digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja yang mencakup empat perspektif kinerja karyawan, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menganalisis studi literatur sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan mengenai penerapan BSC pada evaluasi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan telekomunikasi. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan BSC efektif dalam mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan telekomunikasi dari berbagai perspektif, dan juga dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penerapan pendekatan BSC pada evaluasi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan telekomunikasi.
