Optimalisasi Kinerja Pegawai pada Bimbingan Manasik Akbar Kementerian Agama Kota Cimahi 2024

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor individu, psikologis, dan organisasi dalam optimalisasi kinerja pegawai Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah pada pelayanan bimbingan manasik haji akbar di Kementerian Agama Kota Cimahi tahun 2024. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan kompetensi, pengalaman, dan disiplin pegawai meningkatkan efektivitas layanan. Faktor psikologis berupa motivasi dan sikap tanggung jawab mendorong kinerja, sedangkan dukungan organisasi melalui fasilitas, kepemimpinan, dan pembagian kerja memperkuat produktivitas. Ketiga faktor tersebut saling melengkapi sehingga tercipta layanan manasik yang informatif, komunikatif, dan dekat dengan calon jemaah.
