THE EFFECT OF BONUS LOAD WADI'AH AND LABOR EXPENSES ON NET INCOME IN PT. BANK BRI SYARIAH Tbk

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain one type of burden that can reduce profits in Islamic banking. This study uses the description method and quantitative and qualitative approaches to explain the calculation of returns or bonuses, fluctuations in profits and calculation of bonuses for customers. Every bank, whether it's a sharia bank or a conventional bank, uses a different calculation in giving a bonus which is a burden to reduce income or profit in a particular company. One type of burden taken is the wadiah bonus burden and labor burden.
