Abstract:Â The purpose of this research is to find out the legality of selling Netflix premium accounts and to identify black market regulations in Indonesia. In this study, the authors used normative legal research methods. The black market results in economic losses for the affected countries and industries. Governments lose tax revenue, while legitimate manufacturers or service providers also experience reduced sales due to competition from cheaper, illegal products or services. But now what is being sold illegally is not only goods but also social media accounts such as netflix premium accounts. The sale of illegal Netflix premium accounts will result in significant financial losses for Netflix as a company.
