Vol. 9 No. 3 (2025)

This issue features eight original research articles authored by twenty-one scholars representing a diverse range of institutions across five countries: Indonesia, Germany, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Malaysia. The contributions engage with contemporary debates in Religious Studies through interdisciplinary perspectives, including indigenous ecological ethics among the Baduy community, digital conspiracy narratives and religious legitimation, and the dynamics of non-institutional Sufism in Indonesia. Other articles explore vernacular Qur’anic exegesis and multicultural education, practical theology in addressing gender-based violence, and ethical reasoning in the context of religious pluralism. Additionally, the issue examines the role of epistemic humility in shaping religious moderation in higher education, as well as the function of religion as moral infrastructure within welfare governance programs.
