2025-11-05

ADLIYA (p-ISSN 1978 8312; e ISSN 2657 2125) is a double blind, peer-reviewed journal published semiannually by the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The journal synthesizes theoretical and positive law with contemporary humanitarian issues, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue across local, national, regional, and global contexts. Its mission is to examine the evolving role of law in addressing modern societal challenges, ranging from constitutional and criminal law to civil, international, and environmental law, while prioritizing human rights and socio-legal realities. By balancing doctrinal analysis with empirical investigation, ADLIYA aims to advance legal reform and social justice both within Indonesia's socio-cultural landscape and in broader global discourses.
